Desireé is one of the false witnesses who testified against Pastor Tony Alamo in his criminal trial that got him convicted on false charges.

She even lied about her own mother.

The following are letters from her parents proving Desireé to be a liar.

A Letter from Her Father

To Whom It May Concern:

My daughter, Desireé Kolbek, has called me on many occasions asking me to forgive her because the government didn’t keep their end of the bargain. She said she knew she went too far with all the horrible things she said regarding Tony and me, and that there was nothing she could do about it nor could she get out of what she had already done.

She stated in the last year, in many different phone conversations, how she wanted to keep me out of this—knowing that the FBI threatened—at gunpoint to take my life and Tony’s. Therefore, she thought that by helping to bring Tony down, it would spare me, her mother, her brothers, and sister. Now, as stated before, she has begged for forgiveness because she didn’t realize they were lying to her.

Desireé didn’t leave the church because of any physical or sexual abuse, she left because she knew I was coming through town and she didn’t want to be confronted about her disobedience and unruliness.

I am sickened by the government using, and I mean “using” my daughter, making deals with her. They are destroying what is left of her. She is frail and weak-minded and they are playing on that.

A Letter from Her Mother

To all concerned:

I, Jennifer Suzanne Kolbek, do solemnly swear under oath and declare under penalty of perjury that the facts expressed here are true.

It is with great anger and a grieved heart that I am compelled to write this letter in hopes of bringing to light the psychopathic liar that Desireé Kolbek, my eldest daughter, 19 years old, is and has been her entire life, as well as, the tactics the FBI used to make Desireé testify falsely against Tony Alamo, threatening at gunpoint her father’s life along with Tony Alamo’s, and hanging her family (her mother, brothers, and sister) over her head. This was confirmed in conversations she had with her dad, as well as on the stand during Pastor Tony Alamo’s trial. Evidence was brought out that Desireé had spoken with the FBI over 80 times. When I heard that, I was not at all amazed. Knowing Desireé, I am sure such frequent phone conversations were imperative in coercing her to testify against Tony. Desireé has always been very close to her family. We have shared many good times, and I know her love for her family is apparent to anyone and everyone that has had even brief communication with her. Desireé has always had a special father-daughter relationship with her dad, loving him dearly. She believed, in going along with the FBI, she could save her dad’s life, knowing that FBI agents and US Marshals already threatened her dad with a gun pointed to his head yelling, “If you continue to follow Tony Alamo we will fill you with bullet holes just like we are going to do to him!”

Even the FBI knows that Desireé’s story is lies. Desireé told me the FBI would not allow her to see me or speak to me during the trial, even though she wanted to see and talk to me. They were afraid of losing their “prize witness.” To enable you to understand exactly what is happening here, I must give a more in depth explanation of Desireé’s mental state so you can see the way our government works. First, I think it vital to present the Webster’s Dictionary meaning of the terms I will be using so that when I give the various examples you will know what kind of person we are dealing with, and the type of person the government has sought out to play out their theatrics in the courtroom to move the manipulable audience.

The definition of pathological lying is the following: “Falsification entirely disproportionate to any discernible end in view, may be extensive and very complicated, and may manifest over a period of years or even a lifetime.” Psychopathy is a “Personality disorder characterized by an abnormal lack of empathy combined with abnormally immoral conduct despite an ability to appear normal; unconcerned about the adverse consequences for others of one’s actions, pleasure-seeking, remorseless.” The modern day term for this condition is “Sociopathic.”

Desireé’s psychopathic lying began at a very young age, showing itself throughout her young years, but threw even me for a loop at around 9 years of age when she made up the most disgusting, sexually deranged lie about me, her own mother that she loves and knows loves her.

One night I had Desireé, who was eight years old at the time, along with my youngest daughter Sharon, with me. We were coming home from church this particular night—it was approximately 9:30 pm. I broke down in the middle of a four way intersection. A police officer pulled up to see if we needed help, as we were holding up traffic. The officer offered to drive us home but I did not know this officer from Adam and was not about to load my two girls and myself up in his vehicle without anyone even knowing we were broken down. I told the officer that would not be necessary; if he would just let me use his phone I could call my husband or friends to come help us. I went to the police car parked directly behind us with my two girls in the vehicle in front of us, and they could clearly see me as I could clearly see them. It was a very busy intersection. I had to try several different numbers because neither my husband nor neighbors would answer, which caused me to be away from my vehicle for no more than 5-7 minutes. We ended up getting help from a neighbor and went home. About 6 months later, I was confronted by our Pastor about a story my daughter told about that night. She said that, that night I left my two girls in the vehicle and crawled into the back seat of a cop car for 30 minutes and had sex with this cop; and according to this psychopathic, lying story my daughter told, while I was having sex with this police officer—in the police car directly behind my vehicle—people were coming to my two girls asking them if they needed help. My husband is the ONLY man I have ever had sex with and the ONLY man who has ever touched me. This was such an insane lie. As she told this story repeatedly, it got worse, and each time she told it she added the most convincing theatrics, that many believed her. If she would do this to her own mother and without an inkling of remorse, without any shame, then know that her psychopathic lies haven’t ended with me.

Desireé has told so many lies about Pastor Tony Alamo in the same sexually deranged, psychopathic manner as she did to me. I am innocent of the lies. Tony Alamo is innocent of the lies, and any story Desireé has told cannot be believed.

Desireé’s story doesn’t end there. Desireé ran away when she was 16 years old, and she has lived with many different people since she left the ministry, and never did we force her to return against her wishes. We, and the families that took her in, hoped that something good would come of it. My sister, Lori Hayes, who lives in Florida and is not part of the ministry, said she, for the safety of her own children, had to throw Desireé out of her house saying, “Desireé is a sociopath.” She was sorry she hadn’t listened to me before, realizing everything I said about Desireé was absolutely true. She said that even when Desireé is fifty years old she is not welcomed back into her home.

From there, Desireé lived with my parents who also are not part of the ministry and live in Albuquerque. After a month of keeping her, they agreed with Lori. During the time she lived with them, she began telling outrageous stories of abuse by Pastor Alamo and us, her parents. My husband and I were contacted by the Child Protective Services of New Mexico saying that an investigation was opened regarding Desireé and her accusations against Pastor Alamo, accusations against us, her parents, and accusations against my mom and her husband. Weeks later we received a letter from CPS stating that after a thorough investigation they were closing the case because the stories told were not sound. In other words, Desireé LIED again, and after a month Desireé ran away from my mom’s to the neighbor’s house down the street, who were total strangers. But they believed the lies and theatrics put on by Desireé and let her live with them. Just after a couple months she was thrown out of their home, as well. The conclusion that Tim and Jen Westemier came to from the months they tried to help Desireé was that she has a mental condition. When I asked what they meant by this, they said being a pathological liar is a mental condition. They had to kick her out of their house, remove her belongings, and change the locks on their doors for the safety of them and their children. Later she was taken into custody by the state of Oklahoma after she ran away from New Mexico. They said she was uncontrollable and, again, a LIAR in the worst degree. It saddens me that such a one as Desireé came from my body and has destroyed so many homes and has hurt so many.

When Desireé left the church, she did NOT contact the FBI; the FBI, along with Wellspring representatives, contacted her. [Wellspring is the Cult Awareness Network, which is a brainwashing, mind-controlling station. The government calls it a “counseling center.” It is actually a government-controlled organization posing as a privately owned organization whose purpose is to destroy fundamental Christianity and all freedom of religion. The government paid thousands of dollars to send her and other government witnesses there, and they don’t disclose what happened there.] They converged in harassing and toying with her troubled state to get negative statements regarding Pastor Alamo. My sister, Lori, who she was living with at the time, called me very alarmed at the fact that the FBI was trying to get a hold of Desireé.

You, FBI, government officials, attorneys, and judges know Desireé’s mental state, and you are torturing Desireé mentally. We have had conversations with Desireé where she was weeping and telling us she has tried to no avail to get away from you by running away and hiding from your reach. Leave my daughter alone!! You couldn’t get one testimony against Pastor Alamo without approaching the vulnerable people like my daughter Desireé, threatening them, making deals with them, and bribing them with gifts to win them over. You have lied to her and tricked her into bringing about your diabolical plan.

After the first raid in September of 2008 where six girls were taken, Desireé called us, frantic, asking if we were all okay. When we told her we found out this raid was caused by statements she made to the FBI, she was emphatic that she had nothing to do with it. She became angry and seemed very confused at this and repeatedly said, “I promise I had nothing to do with this!” She didn’t realize they were going to use the lies she told about Tony to destroy families that she knew were happy. I repeat, leave my daughter alone, you are hurting her! You are the ones who have ruined her life. She has told all of you that since she left the ministry and you started your threats she is now on drugs and is an alcoholic. It is impossible for her to stay in any relationship. As a result, Desireé is now a whore with a criminal record that gives sexual favors for free. I pray to God Desireé will see the light and confess her destructive lies.

The government, which has unsuccessfully tried for years to shut down this ministry, knew the only way to prevent many credible, qualified witnesses from testifying on Pastor Tony’s behalf would be to try to keep them away from the trial and from testifying, by kidnapping their children and ordering that no children be allowed to live on property owned by members of the church. Many witnesses were forced to go into hiding, for fear they would be arrested, as other members of the church had been, because they wouldn’t turn their children over to be wards of the state. Much to their amazement, two of us did show up to testify on Pastor Alamo’s behalf. When the prosecution found out that we were there to testify, they threatened to throw us in jail, but we attempted to testify anyway. The prosecuting attorney immediately questioned us on the whereabouts of our children, knowing it would be the only thing that would get us off the stand. The judge ordered us off the stand and our testimonies stricken after we pled the 5th Amendment to protect our children. I was not allowed to testify because my testimony would have completely discredited Desireé’s testimony. I was forced off the stand the moment I began testifying to the truth of Desireé’s lying background. Had I been allowed to testify, it would have proven Pastor Alamo’s innocence, and they knew this. Again I say and will continue to say Desireé must NOT be believed.

I want to add before I close this letter that the women that testified falsely against Tony Alamo did not flee the ministry; rather, they left peaceably. They were living their own lives. The FBI pursued these women and harassed them and promised them scholarships, careers, money, fame until they broke. Then they were sent to be deprogrammed and coached on what the government wanted them to say.

What the government is doing is unconstitutional and unlawful. The government is manipulating the minds of their audience like young children who watch their animated cartoons and believe them to be real life. Don’t allow yourself to be so DUPED. I have given detailed proof with witnesses that Tony Alamo is nothing more than a political prisoner that the government couldn’t silence any other way but to use such witnesses paid to speak such lies that would give him 175 years in prison that they believe he wouldn’t be able to get out from under. I cannot stand back in silence and watch such atrocities as the families that have had their children violently kidnapped from them by our government because they were part of the Tony Alamo Christian Ministries, families that are living in hiding to protect their children, people whose homes and properties are being stolen from them because they are part of the ministry. I must stand up, even in danger of losing my own children, and speak the truth. I pray to God many will make a stand.

This is what the Vatican/US government is doing here in America. They have stolen our children under the banner of false accusations against our pastor, Tony Alamo. The jury in Tony Alamo’s trial said, “He’s NOT GUILTY! But can we still convict him?”

Those women who falsely testified against Pastor Alamo were sent to a professional deprogramming organization by the Catholic FBI called “Wellspring,” formerly called the Cult Awareness Network. Wellspring was paid $5,000.00 per person by the Catholic FBI and DHS to threaten them and their families and offer them presents, parties, and many other gratuities for their false testimony.

The Catholic Department of Human Services (Child Protective Services) is the Vatican/UN/US government’s strong arm for taking of children and forcefully selling them into corrupting adoptive families. Their ads appear throughout the media every day to solicit persons willing to adopt those they have stolen. These result in sales of babies and children that they have stolen from innocent parents for about $40,000.00 each.

We would love to have our children back in the homes of their natural Christian parents, and demand that the false accusations against Pastor Alamo be DROPPED IMMEDIATELY!!! And then he must be set free from the 175 year prison sentence!!!

The government is committing HATE crimes against Christians and getting by with it. They are forbidding Bibles in schools, Bible reading in public schools, prayers at graduations and other public events, forbidding the mention of GOD, the Bible, or Jesus in the courts. These are all hate crimes!!!

My LORD and my GOD, have mercy upon my soul, a sinner. 1 I believe that JESUS CHRIST is the SON of the living GOD. 2 I believe that HE died on the cross and shed HIS precious blood for the forgiveness of all my former sins. 3 I believe that GOD raised JESUS from the dead by the power of the HOLY SPIRIT 4 and that HE sits on the right hand of GOD at this moment, hearing my confession of sin and this prayer. 5 I open up the door of my heart, and I invite YOU into my heart, LORD JESUS. 6 Wash all of my filthy sins away in the precious blood that YOU shed in my place on the cross at Calvary. 7 YOU will not turn me away, LORD JESUS; YOU will forgive my sins and save my soul. I know because YOUR WORD, the Bible, says so. 8 YOUR WORD says that YOU will turn no one away, and that includes me. 9 Therefore, I know that YOU have heard me, and I know that YOU have answered me, and I know that I am saved. 10 And I thank YOU, LORD JESUS, for saving my soul, and I will show my thankfulness by doing as YOU command and sin no more.11

You've just completed the first step in a series of five steps which are necessary to receive salvation. Your second step is to deny yourself and take up your cross daily and follow JESUS for the purpose of mortifying your flesh, that is, for putting to death your own will, your soulful self, and the world with all of its lusts. All these must be baptized into the death of CHRIST.

Step three is your resurrection from the satanic life of Adam unto the sinless life of CHRIST. Step four is your ascension into a position of authority to reign for God with Christ on earth, and the fifth step is to reign for GOD in CHRIST on earth to the end for the purpose of bringing about the kingdom of Heaven on earth. You must learn the WORD of GOD, submit yourselves one to another, and do what the WORD says so that the church and the world may see evidence of your submission to GOD’S WORD, HIS order, and HIS authority in and by you.
