THE HEAVENLY PHARMACY

The IRS, working with CAN (the Cult Awareness Network, which is now called Wellspring Retreat—they are the cult to be aware of) and false, bribed witnesses, has been holding a secret grand jury trial against me, Pastor Tony Alamo, in Memphis, Tennessee, hoping to get an indictment against me for criminal tax evasion. Those well-known tyrants are threatening former members and acquaintances of my church. The former members of my church (backsliders) are being told by the IRS and other government agencies that if they don’t falsely testify against me on these trumped-up charges, along with a bogus child abuse case in Southern California, the IRS will file false conspiracy charges against the former members of my church. And if they will testify falsely against me, they will be given immunity from the District Attorney and L.A. sheriff’s offices on felonies that they currently are wanted for. This is an offer that some of them cannot refuse and have not refused. The government agencies are coaching these false witnesses now to say that I am writing all my literature to attempt to coerce and control people. Any sensible person that reads my literature can tell that I’m only telling my side of the story because the media won’t tell my side of the story.

Knowing the government and media as I do, I believe the government started the David Koresh fire and is offering immunity to those who have escaped to say Koresh or his followers started the fire, and death or prison will be for them if they won’t lie. The Attorney General states there was child abuse in the David Koresh facility. If that were true, does that give the government license to burn the children up?

The fire that came down and burned these pitiful, little children up was not from God, as the radical, untruthful Vatican-controlled newspapers headline it, but this fire came from the diabolical federal government. President Clinton stated that this should teach people not to join cults. That’s right. The cult that murdered those people was the government agents under the direction of the Vatican’s Catholic church. Don’t join it.

Clinton was raised from early boyhood in Catholic parochial schools, until he went to Catholic Georgetown University, and then Catholic Oxford University, Oxford, England on a Catholic Rhodes Scholarship. Clinton is merely uttering century-old, evil Catholic justice for those not joining Clinton’s cult. Clinton claims to be a Baptist, but the Baptists I know don’t go to Catholic schools, Catholic universities, Catholic churches, and pronounce evil Catholic justice as Clinton does. If Clinton were a Christian, he too would know that the real God and the real Jesus of the real Bible denounce his statements and the government’s actions, which Clinton has stated, “I take full responsibility for.” Each administration becomes more and more like der fodder (vader) der Pope, und der fodder (vader) Herr Hitler, und der fodder (vader) der Devil. I believe I could have talked Koresh into coming out, but the FBI wouldn’t allow me in. I have denounced the David Koresh use of weapons. He obviously was misguided in his “Christianity.”

The new enemy, Roman government regime, along with the Peter Georgiades Cult Awareness Network, now called Wellspring Retreat (the cult), has literally and illegally, in conspiracy with judges, put hundreds of our men, women, and children out of their homes, sold our church properties, and divided it up among the Cult Awareness Network members.

The government agencies and judges also have illegally seized all my churches’ books and records, and eleven federal judges have refused to give them back after several petitions. If I were guilty, they could use my own books against me, because they have them. But they cannot because my books reflect my innocence every day of my life. Instead, they have hired people to shred all my books and records. I would like them to challenge what I’m saying and make me produce witnesses on open, international television, because I surely would. But, of course, everyone knows that this new, alien government is covert, unscrupulous, un-American, unconstitutional, and that they would never allow truth to penetrate their tightly controlled media.

For several years now, I have been trying to retrieve all the records of the Internal Revenue’s investigation of me. Leo Masters, an expert who was hired to do the investigation, said:

Dear Pastor Alamo,

This letter is to bring you up to date with what has been happening regarding the Freedom of Information investigation I am conducting on your behalf. As you are aware I initially began by sending requests to IRS offices in Florida, Tennessee, and California. Florida simply flat refused to provide any information. Fresno, California, took the position that all the documentation was located in the Memphis, Tennessee, office. The Memphis Office refused to comply, contending that the Power of Attorney was insufficient.

After carefully pondering as to what I felt would be the best tactical maneuver to pursue what was obviously a governmental stonewalling in this matter, I felt that taking it to the Appeals Office would be best. As a result, on June 24, 1992, the Appeals Office agreed with us that we were entitled to receive the requested documentation. But in their inimitable style, they agreed that the Disclosure Officer was a “good boy” for not honoring the Power of Attorney. Of course, you must realize this is the way they hope to keep you from recovering the costs Congress has entitled you to.

This may be difficult for you to understand at this time, but they started this investigation by lying to their computer and telling it that England had requested a cooperative criminal investigation of your financial and tax activities in America.

Your attorney, Jeffrey Dickstein, is familiar with what I am telling you about your IMF. The IRS is fully aware of Dickstein’s ability to pursue matters in court. However, Dickstein does need the material in order to pursue it. You can bet that the IRS is watching everything that is being requested and provided, and once it becomes threatening to them, they will stonewall you.

Prior to starting this summary, I would like to state that I have, over the past several years, done quite a bit of IRS Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) work for various individuals, and I have never run up against the bitter resistance from the IRS that I have relating to Tony Alamo. It seems that every time I request information that should be reasonably available to Alamo, I am stonewalled by every deceitful tactic conceivable.

First, I would like to give just a little history that helps what I am finding make more sense. The first creation of what we now know as the Internal Revenue Service was the Bureau of Internal Revenue under the Commissioner of Internal Revenue, which handled all federal taxes. However, sometime around 1950, Congress did a complete reorganization of the taxing authorities. Under this reorganization, the enforcement of the Internal Revenue Code was placed into the hands of the Secretary of the Treasury, and the Bureau of Internal Revenue and the Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms Departments were split.

After this split, we had the Bureau of Internal Revenue and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms. Around 1954, the Bureau of Internal Revenue published in the Federal Register that it was changing its name to the Internal Revenue Service. Sometime around 1970, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms published in the Federal Register that it was changing its name to the Internal Revenue Service.

The second interesting major change of events took place when the Internal Revenue Service was required to publish its organization and staffing in the Federal Register, which it did for many years. This publication was suddenly stopped in 1976. The reason I believe for this sudden stop in publishing was because in 1974 Congress enacted a law that forbids any agency of government that had solely international jurisdiction, and no jurisdiction in the American States, from publishing its organization and staffing in the Federal Register.

The last interesting sequence of events flows from the fact that the bulk of the federal revenues was handled by a division called the Foreign Operations Division. Sometime in the ’70s, the FOD changed its name to International Operations, then recently, it changed its name to simply Operations. This division is handled under the powers of an individual called the Assistant Commissioner Operations. In studying the histories that I have pointed out above, I have concluded that outside of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, and maybe a very few excise taxes, the bulk of the taxing power relates to foreign activities.

In analyzing the Alamo files, I have run into indicators that leads me to conclude that it is the International divisions that are acting against Alamo. I found that in 1972, there was a recommendation for a criminal investigation. However, this was stopped in about 1974. Whether there had actually been an investigation is hard to tell at this time. These criminal investigations usually take place by Examination closing out their investigation and referring the case to Collection. Collection then looks at the findings and determines whether they believe there has been criminal activity. If they feel there is some criminal activity, Collection refers the matter along with the files, to Criminal Investigation Division (CID). If CID is not satisfied that there is enough evidence to refer the case to the Department of Justice for prosecution, they will send it back to Collection with a recommendation to proceed with civil penalties. However, the Alamo files were frozen by CID for an ongoing investigation again in about 1985, which is still active.

In going through the Alamo files, I find that the IRS has placed property liens in Hawaii, California, Florida, Arkansas, and a couple of other states that I do not remember at this moment. There has been investigations and inquiries regarding Alamo throughout these states. As a matter of fact, this is one of the ongoing nightmares in attempting to interpret the Alamo files. These various Service Centers have been investigating so many different things that it is difficult to make any sense out of what is actually taking place.

How could anyone consider a government to be honorable and forthright that allows such criminal trash to plunder the people in this country? And how could people be so short-sighted as to not know how dishonorable the United States government has become? An enemy, an alien, has infiltrated, has sown in tares (Matthew 13:25). This enemy is not of, by, and for the people of the United States of America, but is for the destruction of the people of the United States of America. The filth of the earth— God has no good words for this satanic government and its church. God calls it “THE BEAST,” “the great whore.” Blasphemy is written in her forehead (Revelation 17:1-8).

The Lord is not unskilled in His dealings with governments, with mankind. The Lord deals with the ungodly as well as the saint. He deals not only with the strong, but the weak, not only the young, but the old, the rich as well as the poor. The Lord is the Wise Physician and Pharmacist, not for body only, but for the soul as well. God considers each patient, then writes the prescription and sends the patient the bill.

Trashy, crude, unregenerated men and devils are but two of God’s many medicines that are used to cure His saints. Jesus doesn’t give us the medicine that you might expect, the medicine that you can buy at the pharmacy, but gives us what God prescribes—that which would humble us, and that which would make us fall to our knees and cry out to God for repentance, for heavenly healing from God’s heavenly pharmacy, so that God through His power would heal the spiritual sickness, the soulful disease. When the healing has been accomplished, the physical problems all go away.

In the Old Testament of the Bible, Numbers chapter 24, Balaam was hired by Balak to curse the children of Israel. But since there were no faults with the children of Israel, each time the curse became the blessing. Balaam very much liked the price that he was being paid, but could not go a hair’s breadth beyond God’s will.

When a Christian, through neglect or temptation, may be getting out of line from God’s straight and narrow path, this will happen. God will determine the remedy and prescribe the medicine. The Lord will allow the wicked, as a medicine, to rise up against His children, the saints, until repentance is thoroughly accomplished, because God cares for the souls of His saints. And as the Good Shepherd, His rod and His staff will chasten them, and the end result will be that the saint surely will be comforted, will be healed, will be delivered (Psalm 23:4).

God does not deal in this loving way with the wicked. He only uses them to be the prescribed medicine for the healing of the saints. “Hath He [God] smitten him [the Christian], as He [God] smote those [the wicked] that smote Him [God and God’s saints]?” (Isaiah 27:7). Will God smite His children who love God as God will smite the wicked—the wicked that hate God and are constantly striking at God and God’s children? No, He won’t. The Great Physician hath given, in a saint’s cup, the terrible affliction that seems at the time to be a poison until the saint has been made well (the soul is corrected, the spirit again is united to God through the Holy Spirit). That which seemed poison was the remedy through God’s prescription. But this is not at all the case in the cup of medicine which becomes a deadly poison that the Lord prescribes for the wicked. Hence, what is medicine, the successful healing for the Christian, becomes deadly poison and ruin for the wicked.

The Master Physician warns all, “It is impossible that [in this world] the offenses should not come, but woe to him by whom they come. It is profitable for him if a millstone turned by an ass is put around his neck, and he be thrown into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones” (Luke 17:1-2, original Hellenic Greek Bible).

By submitting all of our plans to God, we carry out God’s will. Those who really are surrendered to God are those who give themselves completely, implicitly to obey and carry out, at all costs, that which is supernaturally revealed to us through God’s Word and not by what we ourselves plan. The one-world government plans (totally without God’s instructions, but Satan’s) to build a one-world monarchy ruled by tyrants. Don’t tell people that you love Jesus if you join with them in this folly, if you allow the sins of the Antichrist to lay also in your bosom. Every sin is that which tore out the heart from the bosom of our Lord. For a person to break the law, even one jot or tittle, after they have been saved, it is to be considered the ultimate of sins because this type of person uses the same bloody weapon (sin) that caused Christ to come to this world and die. This is the same infamous weapon that is used by the deceived again and again against God and His children.

The Bible says that people are weaker than angels, as they are spirit, and we, though spirit, are flesh. In one sense we are beneath beasts because the flesh of man is weaker than that of beasts and that is why the Spirit of God compares men with the grass of the field that withers (Isaiah 40:6-7). Again, God calls us vapory (James 4:14). And again, God calls us shadowy (Ecclesiastes 6:12), lighter than air (Psalm 62:9, orig. Heb. Bible). Yea, mankind is called by God vanity. “Surely men of low degree are vanity, and men of high degree are a lie” (Psalm 62:9). The consolation of the deceived Christian who disputes against the truth is that he is happy, but only until judgment.

Turn yourself over to the Great Physician, the Heavenly Pharmacist. Receive the prescription that He has prescribed for all mankind from God’s heavenly pharmacy. This means salvation for your soul, escape from Hell, and everlasting life in Heaven. No other name is given among men whereby you must be saved other than the name of the Lord Jesus Christ (Acts 4:12). Receive salvation by saying this prayer:

My LORD and my GOD, have mercy upon my soul, a sinner. 1 I believe that JESUS CHRIST is the SON of the living GOD. 2 I believe that HE died on the cross and shed HIS precious blood for the forgiveness of all my former sins. 3 I believe that GOD raised JESUS from the dead by the power of the HOLY SPIRIT 4 and that HE sits on the right hand of GOD at this moment, hearing my confession of sin and this prayer. 5 I open up the door of my heart, and I invite YOU into my heart, LORD JESUS. 6 Wash all of my filthy sins away in the precious blood that YOU shed in my place on the cross at Calvary. 7 YOU will not turn me away, LORD JESUS; YOU will forgive my sins and save my soul. I know because YOUR WORD, the Bible, says so. 8 YOUR WORD says that YOU will turn no one away, and that includes me. 9 Therefore, I know that YOU have heard me, and I know that YOU have answered me, and I know that I am saved. 10 And I thank YOU, LORD JESUS, for saving my soul, and I will show my thankfulness by doing as YOU command and sin no more.11

After salvation, Jesus said to be baptized, fully submerged in water, in the name of the FATHER, and of the SON, and of the HOLY SPIRIT.12 Diligently study the King James Version Bible, and do what it says.13

And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the LORD of HOSTS. And all nations shall call you blessed: for ye shall be a delightsome land, saith the LORD of HOSTS” (Malachi 3:8-12).

God commands us to correct and discipline our children.14 Marriage is allowed by God at puberty when children become men and women. Forbidding this is the doctrine of devils (1 Timothy 4:1-3). Pastor Alamo is in prison for preaching and doing what the Bible says.
