Melting Cold Hearts

"How wonderful!" exclaim the people of the Christian realm about the messages they hear from the false prophets which state that Christ does all the Christian’s work after they’re saved so they don’t have to work.1 "How wonderful!" say the deceived professing Christians. "Isn’t Jesus wonderful!"

During my thirty-five years in the gospel field, I have become vitally aware of how damning the messages are from the preachers who love to deceive their flocks and the world with their messages of "no work" and "Christ does all the work."2

All I know is when I got into the gospel field, the Holy Spirit immediately put me to work. My vocabulary was so tainted with slang from being in the record and motion picture industries for many years that Susie, my now deceased wife, would hardly allow me to speak at the elite Christian social gatherings. She told me the Lord wanted to begin my Christian training in the wino missions in downtown Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Venice Beach, and other locations.

I was constantly witnessing to others, reading the Bible, listening to gospel songs, praying, and thanking and praising the Lord with all of my heart and soul for letting me join Him in His ministry. I was so happy to know that God’s power had fearfully come down upon me in the Beverly Hills office. His power, which came down on me with great fear, was so immense that it was obvious to me that a person endowed with that power and fear would never have to sin again.3 I knew this because the vast, incredible Spirit of God that encompassed my body told me many fearful things. He showed me Heaven, showed me Hell, and showed me that He is knowledgeable of both our every thought and every intent.4 He knows our past, present, and future, as well as our entire heart. He has had all this knowledge from before the beginning of time.5 He also has known about every molecule, every atom, and every proton from before the beginning of time.6 He is knowledgeable about every grain of dust.7 He knows every detail of everything.8

What the Lord did to me in that Beverly Hills office was to shut my human hearing off and begin talking to me, not through my ears, but through my whole body. It seemed as though my entire body were an ear. I know now that He was talking to my spirit.9 Our spirits can and do hear when the Spirit of God talks to them. Our inner man can hear the Holy Spirit without our having any hearing whatsoever in our human ears.10

God told me to stand up and tell the people in that room, an attorney and approximately twenty to twenty-five other people, that the Lord Jesus Christ was coming back to earth again.11 What He actually said was, "I am the Lord thy God. Stand up and tell these people in this room that Jesus Christ is coming back to earth again or you shall surely die." At first I thought I was going crazy. Then He showed me Heaven and Hell and told me I would go to Hell if I wouldn’t do what He told me to do.12

My human reasoning could not comprehend telling people about Jesus, Heaven, and Hell in the middle of a business meeting. It didn’t seem as though it were the right time or place. I hoped that God might reconsider and let me do this another day or another way. Even though I knew He would kill me and send me to Hell for not doing what He commanded me to do, I attempted to reason with Him with no success. The human mind has no ability to reason with God’s commandments. Therefore, the Word of God must be accepted. It must be received into our spirits by faith.13 Only faith will do.

It was at this point that God began, with ease, to pull my spirit totally out of my body to the point where my body couldn’t breathe anymore or hold itself up. This occurred several times within just a few seconds. While it was happening, I began to scream, "I’ll tell them now!" I did tell them, but since my relating what He commanded was at first too casual, He began pulling my life, my spirit, out of me again and again. Because of the tremendous fear He caused me at the time, I told Him, "I’ll do it right now," which I did with much more zeal and emphasis than I had previously used. After a while, He told me to stop. I’ve written two other pieces of literature detailing this supernatural experience. The titles are, Signs of the Times and Dry Bones. They are free of charge.

That was the first work He had me do, and I did what He commanded. This took place before I was saved. Immediately after this very supernatural experience, my fear of Him and of His immense power kindled a hunger and thirst in me to search Him out. I wanted to find out what I needed to do in order to please this immense, grand, intelligent being that I suddenly had become aware of that day.14

I wanted to be alone. I wanted to walk home rather than ride so I told my friends to go home without me. While I was walking, I began praying. I was actually talking to the Lord because I knew He knew both every word I had ever spoken and every deed I had ever done in the past.15 After this experience, I knew for sure He was hearing every word I said. I asked Him, "What do You want me to do? I’ll do anything You say. Just tell me and I’ll do it. I don’t want to be on the wrong side of You. I don’t want to go to the Hell You showed me, the Hell that truly exists.16 I know You mean what You are saying so much that no one can play with You without being eternally damned. I don’t understand why the people who call themselves Christians are so carefree, haphazard, and not fearful of You.17 I know without a doubt that it was You who did all these things to me."

This experience made me want to know fully what the Lord wanted me to do for the rest of my life, so I began searching for a church that would know and understand God’s requirements. After approximately one year of going to different churches and reading countless books with pictures of seemingly wise-looking men on the covers, I found them all to be wanting, to not hold the truth.18

In another supernatural experience I had in an apartment in Hollywood, I was supernaturally saved. In supernatural visions I had while I was awake, I saw Heaven and Hell. I also saw myself little, blind, and naked. I told God that if I could just have the littlest place in the kingdom of God, with the peace that I was feeling from there, I would be happy to be blind, be as small as a grain of dust, and be as naked as I saw myself in that vision, because the peace of Heaven that was upon me was so wonderful that being in Heaven without a mansion, even blind, naked, and small as a particle of dust, would be innumerable times better19 than being here on earth, where all peace has been taken away.20

My eyes were closed tightly at this point. A voice came to me, telling me I was just imagining all these things. I opened my eyes and saw that I was not imagining these things. What was happening to me was exceedingly real. I was sitting on a hard linoleum floor, but when I opened my eyes I saw the most beautiful carpet with the most beautiful, supernatural colors. I knew if I lifted my eyes I would see Jesus, My Lord and Savior, sitting on His throne. I felt very sinful and could not look up at Him. I cried out for salvation and begged not to go to Hell. My eyes were closed again. With my eyes closed I saw Hell. After screaming and begging for forgiveness for what seemed like a long time, I saw millions of stars breaking and scattering throughout the sky, leaving the image of a cross. At the same time I felt Christ with the Father by the Spirit enter into me, washing my former sins from me with His precious blood and filling me with His presence. I felt as though an entire mountain of sin had been lifted from my soul. I was saved!

Tears of joy poured out of eyes that had not cried for years. I began thanking God for saving me, a bitter, hardened, and evil person. The knowledge of Him knowing and caring about me all those sinful, wicked years, knowing how easily He could have pulled the breath out of my body and sent my soul to Hell, caused me to know His incredible concern, love, and mercy for me.21 I am so thankful that there is a God in Heaven who rules the entire universe, a God who is excellent and far superior to all mankind joined together, a God who is in Heaven, yet is so near to us, so everywhere, a God I could look up to, honor, respect, and give my life to, a God I could wholeheartedly trust and serve with all my heart and soul, knowing that He is right in everything, a God that no one could fight with and win, One who is not in any point corrupt, is not a politician, but is instead a holy, perfect, divine Being who doesn’t need your or my vote because He can’t be voted out of office.22

He is the mighty and good Dictator, the Creator and Head of all things.23 "None can stay His hand, or say unto Him, What doest thou?" without being found guilty of wickedness by Him.24 He is millions of times wiser than all of mankind, millions of times more powerful than all humanity with all of its bombs and weapons. He is the builder and overthrower of nations,25 the Creator of Heaven and earth and everything else that exists, both seen and unseen.26 He promises to destroy the world very soon and judge everyone in that one day because when the world was sent His message of love and concern, it did not repent.27 This God is the only true God who never dies.28 He loves me and all those who listen to Him, those who will, by His power in them, do His bidding.29 How incredible! What a shock to learn all about Him so quickly!

My heart was broken to pieces with joy and thankfulness because I knew God Himself was vitally concerned about me, a person who was disillusioned, unkind, and totally unconcerned about others. This caused me to want to do something for Him. This natural desire to tell everyone how wonderful He is never has left me, not to this very day. I was and still am so thankful that I want to tell the entire world about Him. I even went to the news media and told them that Jesus was coming back to earth again. "Won’t you please warn others to repent of their sins?" I asked. Of course, they didn’t. Instead, they became more corrupt.

I love the Lord and I know the Lord loves everybody enough to give them a chance to receive and know Him in this wonderful way.30 No matter how lost you feel you are, you can call on the Lord right now. He will hear you and answer you, for He is the only good, honest being in the entire universe.31 He will save your soul and put in your heart the same love and compassion He has so you might give it to others like yourself.32 Do it now. Cry out to the Lord. No matter how helpless you feel that you are, do it. He’s bigger than your helplessness.33 He’s bigger than your sickness, your disease, and your infirmity. He’s far bigger than all your problems, bigger than any circumstance that is plaguing you.34 Let Christ with the Father by the Spirit live in you now. Then let Him grow up to maturity in you. Let Him do His work in you for yourself and for others. He will regulate your life and navigate you into His many blessings. He will, by His strength, give you the ability to do all that He commands. Let His life, His work, and His strength begin in you now by saying this prayer:

Prayer

My Lord and my God, have mercy upon my soul, a sinner. 1 I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of the Living God. 2 I believe that He died on the cross and shed His precious blood for the forgiveness of all my sins. 3 I believe that God raised Jesus from the dead by the power of the Holy Spirit 4 and that He sits on the right hand of God at this moment, hearing my confession of sin and this prayer. 5 I open up the door of my heart and I invite You into my heart, Lord Jesus. 6 Wash all of my filthy sins away in the precious blood that You shed in my place on the cross at Calvary. 7 You will not turn me away, Lord Jesus, You will forgive my sins and save my soul. I know because Your Word, the Bible says so. 8 Your Word says that You will turn no one away, and that includes me. 9 Therefore, I know that You have heard me, and I know that You have answered me, and I know that I am saved. 10 And I thank You, Lord Jesus, for saving my soul, and I will show my thankfulness by doing as You command and sin no more. 11

You've just completed the first step in a series of five steps which are necessary to receive salvation. Your second step is to deny yourself and take up the cross daily for the purpose of mortifying yourself, that is, for putting to death your own will, your soulful self, and the world with all of its lusts. All these must be baptized into the death of Christ.

Step three is your resurrection from the satanic life of Adam unto the sinless life of Christ. Step four is your ascension into a position of authority to reign for God on earth, and the fifth step is to reign for God on earth to the end for the purpose of bringing about the kingdom of Heaven on earth. You must learn the Word of God, then submit yourself and do what the Word says, so that the Church and the world may see evidence of your submission to God's Word, His order, and His authority in and by you.

Praise the Lord. May God reward you abundantly.
