Victory Over Pornography!

Psalm 119:9-16 (BETH): “Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to THY WORD. With my whole heart have I sought THEE: O let me not wander from THY commandments. THY WORD have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against THEE.
“Blessed art THOU, O LORD: teach me THY statutes. With my lips have I declared all the judgments of THY mouth. I have rejoiced in the way of THY testimonies, as much as in all riches. I will meditate in THY precepts, and have respect unto THY ways. I will delight myself in THY statutes: I will not forget THY WORD.”
Psalm 120:1 states, “In my distress I cried unto the LORD, and HE heard me.” Deliver my soul, O LORD, from pornography. Pornography is a lie!
There is a hope of deliverance from pornography in the LORD, the WORD of GOD. We are at the end of time and Satan knows that his time is short.1 He is full of rage, so he is firing arrows at the saints and at those who would like to be saints, those who would like to be free from the influence of Satan’s fiery “sharp arrows of the mighty, with coals of juniper” (Psalm 120:4).
We have all been called by GOD to fight Satan, but it is a fight that never ends,2 if you want daily relief from this fiery arrow of pornography from Satan, who wishes for you to spend eternity with him in the ever-boiling lava-like brimstone and sulfur of Hell in the Lake of Fire.3 But how are today’s men and women going to be able to overcome the devil and this powerful weapon of his of lasciviousness, concupiscence, which is pornography?
In Psalms 119:9 (BETH), David asks the very same question: “Wherewithal shall a young man [or woman] cleanse his [or her] way? [He gives us all the only way, which is the WORD of GOD.4 His answer is:] by taking heed thereto according to THY WORD. With my whole heart have I sought THEE: O let me not wander from THY COMMANDMENTS. [And here is the great secret:] THY WORD have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against THEE. Blessed art THOU, O LORD: teach me THY STATUTES. [Memorize one of these verses every week. The Psalms are not poetry, but the power of GOD to help your soul overcome the devil! David did, or else he could not say:] With my lips have I declared all the judgments of THY mouth. I have rejoiced in the way of THY testimonies, as much as in all riches. [Escaping the power of evil concupiscence, fantasies, is to do as the Psalmist David.] I will meditate in THY precepts, and have respect unto THY ways. I will delight myself in THY STATUTES: I will NOT forget THY WORD” (Psalm 119:9-16).
Recovery from unlawful sexual addiction, from concupiscence, from the evil, demanding nature of pornography and of all sex crimes requires one to keep a pure mind, which is only possible by meditating constantly on the WORD of GOD!5 Deliverance from alcohol, drugs, and all sin is found the same way, by the WORD of GOD!
Being faithful to your wife or your husband when he or she is not around, and healing the wounds of sexual addiction, is ONLY achieved by the pure mind cleansed by the WORD of GOD, which keeps itself full with the healing, hope, and recovery from sexual addiction, pornography.6 You have to fight this every day. “Casting down [by the WORD of GOD] imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of GOD, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of CHRIST [the subjection of the WORD of GOD]” (2 Corinthians 10:5).
Psalm 119:1-3 (ALEPH): “Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the LAW of the LORD. [The Satan that brings thoughts of evil concupiscence is the same devil that tells you that the moral law of GOD has ended!7 This is a LIE, as is Satan’s lie that you are somehow receiving a benefit from pornography. JESUS said, ‘Think not that I am come to destroy the LAW, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till Heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the LAW, till all be fulfilled’ (Matthew 5:17-18). The devil doesn’t want you to believe in the power of deliverance in GOD’S WORD, but try it, and you will see that it is TRUE!] Blessed are they that keep HIS testimonies, and that seek HIM with the whole heart. They also do no iniquity: they walk in HIS ways.”
Satan will, if you let him, bring old memories of sexual experiences to your mind. This is when you must immediately fight him with the WORD of GOD. Get your KJV BIBLE, and read the PSALMS right away. Don’t wait. Satan is bidding for your soul. In war, if you’re being shot at, you must shoot back. Satan is shooting at you, so you must shoot back with the WORD of GOD.8 “(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty [SPIRITUAL] through GOD to the pulling down of strong holds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of GOD, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of CHRIST” (2 Corinthians 10:4-5).
The same devil that gives you the fiery arrows or darts of pornography tells you that the WORD of GOD doesn’t work, and that the LAW of GOD, the moral LAW, doesn’t have to be kept because it’s no longer true. This is the same devil that is slandering you, falsely accusing you, and slandering GOD as well. We have to remember that he is a liar and the father of all liars, and must be fought (John 8:44).
The BIBLE, the KJV, says we are in a war, which means we must fight lawfully, with the WORD of GOD.9 The devil is telling the whole world that GOD has already taken care of everything, or will take care of everything, inferring that we are not required to do anything at all! This is a lie. We shall be judged by our WORKS.10 Read the book of James as well as the whole BIBLE.
How do we honor GOD? How do we prove our LOVE for HIM? “If you love ME, keep MY commandments” (John 14:15). “He that says, I know HIM, and keeps NOT HIS commandments, is a liar, and the TRUTH [CHRIST] is NOT in him” (1 John 2:4).
Confess your sins to GOD and repent by saying this prayer:

My LORD and my GOD, have mercy upon my soul, a sinner. 1 I believe that JESUS CHRIST is the SON of the living GOD. 2 I believe that HE died on the cross and shed HIS precious blood for the forgiveness of all my former sins. 3 I believe that GOD raised JESUS from the dead by the power of the HOLY SPIRIT 4 and that HE sits on the right hand of GOD at this moment, hearing my confession of sin and this prayer. 5 I open up the door of my heart, and I invite YOU into my heart, LORD JESUS. 6 Wash all of my filthy sins away in the precious blood that YOU shed in my place on the cross at Calvary. 7 YOU will not turn me away, LORD JESUS; YOU will forgive my sins and save my soul. I know because YOUR WORD, the Bible, says so. 8 YOUR WORD says that YOU will turn no one away, and that includes me. 9 Therefore, I know that YOU have heard me, and I know that YOU have answered me, and I know that I am saved. 10 And I thank YOU, LORD JESUS, for saving my soul, and I will show my thankfulness by doing as YOU command and sin no more.11
You've just completed the first step in a series of five steps which are necessary to receive salvation. Your second step is to deny yourself and take up your cross daily and follow JESUS for the purpose of mortifying your flesh, that is, for putting to death your own will, your soulful self, and the world with all of its lusts. All these must be baptized into the death of CHRIST.
Step three is your resurrection from the satanic life of Adam unto the sinless life of CHRIST. Step four is your ascension into a position of authority to reign for God with Christ on earth, and the fifth step is to reign for GOD in CHRIST on earth to the end for the purpose of bringing about the kingdom of Heaven on earth. You must learn the WORD of GOD, submit yourselves one to another, and do what the WORD says so that the church and the world may see evidence of your submission to GOD’S WORD, HIS order, and HIS authority in and by you.
Praise the LORD. May GOD bless and reward you abundantly.
