THE DEVIL LODGES IN CHURCHES
WITH THE SAINTS

by Tony Alamo

Whenever I hear people in my church say, “If I wasn’t of the Lord, I wouldn’t have stayed here all these years, and I wouldn’t be here today,” they always say it with an angry tone in their voice. This is the same thing I’ve heard from dozens of people who remained here for years, then decided to do what I knew they would eventually do. They were users and losers. They were here for the excellent food and living facilities. Jesus speaks of them in the book of Matthew, chapter 13, in the parables. “Another parable put He forth unto them [His disciples], saying, The kingdom of Heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and sowed in his field: Which indeed is the least of all seeds: but when it is grown, it is the greatest among herbs, and becometh a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge [live] in the branches thereof” (Matt. 13:31-32).

The seed (mustard seed) is the Gospel, the tree is the church, and the birds of the air are the devils that lodge in the branches. This parable is Jesus showing that all churches of the Lord have devils living in them with the saints. Here is another parable which means the same thing: “Another parable put He forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of Heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed [the Gospel] in his field [his part of the world]: But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares [weeds] among the wheat, and went his way. But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also. So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares? He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up? But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them. Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn” (Matt. 13:24-30). All this is symbolic of the devil, of the devilish people in the church to be bound and burned at the time of reaping.1

The same young women who accused me of taking them across state lines for sex were lying, but even they, while on the witness stand, said they and everyone else at my church lived the best life that could ever be, and that they ate the same food or better than I do. They saw God bless the church and everyone in the church that loved the Lord. They have seen the vast persecution of my church. They have seen the IRS under the older President Bush have Judge McCalla of Memphis send me to prison for a six year sentence because I wrote a piece of literature which said President Bush had six Nazi war criminals as his advisors from the Vatican.

I was released from prison after four years there and a half year in a halfway house run by the Texarkana Salvation Army. The government recruited former Christians to lie about me at my trial. People were taken out of prison as a reward for their lies against me. Two of them said that I kept two sets of books. Lies! They never worked in the office. They worked at the hog farm. The Washington, DC, prosecutor told the jury that I hid the journals when all the time the prosecutor, Chris Belcher, was the one who hid them from evidence. Judge McCalla will not vindicate me, knowing all these things that I am saying are true. My wife at the time was the princess of Sweden. Her family owns the Volvo auto and truck company, the third largest industry in Europe. She called me after we were divorced (because she decided to party instead of attending church with me). She said that the FBI, IRS, and others threatened to deport her back to Sweden, to take her three million dollar home away from her, and take her Beverly Hills and Sunset Strip dress shops away if she wouldn’t lie about me by saying I was giving her forty thousand dollars a month. My whole church at that time wasn’t taking in forty thousand dollars a month. Her family members are billionaires. What would she need with forty thousand dollars a month? The rest of the Judases were all former Christians who walked no more with Jesus, people who used to say, “I would never leave the church or come against you, Tony. If I wasn’t for real, do you think I would have been here all these years?” These parables tell of it!! Jesus wants His people to be aware of false Christians lodging in the branches of the tree, the Church. They go to the courts, to the media, wanting to destroy the pastor, the church, and the people of the church, just like these young women, who accused me of taking them across state lines for sex!

The third verse of Jude tells us we are to contend for the faith because of false brethren who mix into the church. They have swept many weak people away from the Lord. He says in verse 4: “For there are certain men [and women] crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men [and women], turning the power of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ. I will therefore put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not. And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, He hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day. Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh [men with men, women with women], are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire. Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities. Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee. But these speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves. Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core. These are spots in your feasts of charity, when they feast with you, feeding themselves without fear: clouds they are without water, carried about of winds; trees whose fruit withereth, without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots; Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever.

“And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of His saints, To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him. These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men’s persons in admiration because of advantage. But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ; How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts. These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit. But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit, Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life. And of some have compassion, making a difference: And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh. Now unto Him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless [perfect] before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy, To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever Amen” (Jude 1:4-25).

“Little children [of God], it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time. They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us” (I Jn. 2:18-19).

“Another parable [meaning the same thing] spake He [Jesus] unto them; The kingdom of Heaven is like unto leaven [leaven here is symbolic of sin]” (Matt. 13:33). The kingdom of Heaven is within,2 but the church has fowls, birds lodging, living there (the wheat with the chaff3). Jesus said, “Beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees [which is their sins]” (Matt. 16:6). This is why the Lord commands us to separate ourselves from sinners because a little leaven (sin) leaveneth the whole church.4 If you don’t put the sinners out into the world with the rest of the sinners, the whole church will become sinful. Matthew 13:33 continues: “The kingdom of Heaven is like unto leaven, which a [sinful] woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole [church] was leavened [was sinful].” This is why we are to be watchmen and women, to report sin in the church to the pastor, not to the secular, evil government, as all the evil former Christians who have turned into antichrists do.5 Jesus in John 15:1-2 gives us another parable, which says, “I am the true vine, and My Father is the husbandman [the farmer]. Every branch in Me that beareth not fruit [that doesn’t win souls] He taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, He purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit [more souls].”

Satan hates those who win souls; God loves them and gives them the ability to win more and more souls.6 The devil hates population growth, marriage, disciplining children, God, the Word, and the people of God, while all of us hate the devil and all the evil he is doing. Join us, we who are God’s children, in pleasing God.7

Begin now by saying this prayer to God:

Prayer

My Lord and my God, have mercy upon my soul, a sinner. 1 I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of the Living God. 2 I believe that He died on the cross and shed His precious blood for the forgiveness of all my sins. 3 I believe that God raised Jesus from the dead by the power of the Holy Spirit 4 and that He sits on the right hand of God at this moment, hearing my confession of sin and this prayer. 5 I open up the door of my heart and I invite You into my heart, Lord Jesus. 6 Wash all of my filthy sins away in the precious blood that You shed in my place on the cross at Calvary. 7 You will not turn me away, Lord Jesus, You will forgive my sins and save my soul. I know because Your Word, the Bible says so. 8 Your Word says that You will turn no one away, and that includes me. 9 Therefore, I know that You have heard me, and I know that You have answered me, and I know that I am saved. 10 And I thank You, Lord Jesus, for saving my soul, and I will show my thankfulness by doing as You command and sin no more. 11

You've just completed the first step in a series of five steps which are necessary to receive salvation. Your second step is to deny yourself and take up the cross daily for the purpose of mortifying yourself, that is, for putting to death your own will, your soulful self, and the world with all of its lusts. All these must be baptized into the death of Christ.

Step three is your resurrection from the satanic life of Adam unto the sinless life of Christ. Step four is your ascension into a position of authority to reign for God on earth, and the fifth step is to reign for God on earth to the end for the purpose of bringing about the kingdom of Heaven on earth. You must learn the Word of God, then submit yourself and do what the Word says, so that the Church and the world may see evidence of your submission to God's Word, His order, and His authority in and by you.

Praise the Lord. May God reward you abundantly.
