GOD MADE EDOM DESOLATE, AND HE IS NOT FINISHED WITH THE UNITED NATIONS

by Tony Alamo

The name Esau means “hairy.” Esau was the twin brother of Jacob. Esau was a hairy baby, and became a hairy man.1 Both of these boys were the sons of Isaac and Rebekah.

GOD, for good reason, said, “Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated” (Romans 9:13).2 Esau sold his birthright for a bowl of soup (Genesis 25:29-34). The Muslims say Ishmael was the firstborn of Abraham, but that doesn’t make any difference. Cain was the firstborn of Adam, and Esau (hairy) was the firstborn of Isaac. However, both of them were hated by GOD, according to GOD’S WORD.3

I am writing this message from GOD’S WORD, which is infallible.4 The WORD of GOD made no promise to Ishmael except that HE would make him a great (a big) nation, and GOD did do that (all of the Arabic nations) (Genesis 17:20). But Israel belongs to the Jews.5 GOD said that his child of promise would come from, not Abraham and Hagar, but Abraham and Sarah (Genesis 17:15-21).6 Abraham, a Jew, and Sarah, a Jew. Again, Hagar was African, an Egyptian (Genesis 16:1, 3, 25:12).

Ishmael mocked Isaac. Sarah saw it, and told Abraham to put the bondmaid and her son out. Abraham did (Genesis 21:9-14). Ishmael has no part in the lineage of the Messiah any more than Cain or Esau. Esau is Edom, and is also Seir. The word Seir also means “hairy.” Esau mocked his birthright, and GOD hated Esau for it.

The book of Ezekiel, chapter 35, states “Moreover the WORD of the LORD [which is JESUS] came unto me, saying, Son of man, set thy face against mount Seir [where Esau lives], and prophesy against it, And say unto it, Thus saith the LORD GOD [JESUS the WORD7]; Behold, O mount Seir [Esau], I am against thee, and I will stretch out MINE hand against you, and I will make you most desolate. I will lay thy cities waste, and thou shalt be desolate, and thou shalt know that I am the LORD [the LORD JESUS CHRIST, the WORD of the New Testament]” (Ezekiel 35:1-4).

This prophecy has come to pass, as all of the others have to date. The rest of them will come to pass more rapidly than ever before. Why? “Because thou hast had a perpetual hatred, and hast shed the blood of the children of Israel by the force of the sword in the time of their calamity, in the time that their iniquity had an end: Therefore, as I live, saith the LORD GOD [the WORD], I will prepare you unto blood, and blood shall pursue you: since thou hast not hated blood, even blood shall pursue you. Thus will I make mount Seir most desolate, and cut off from it him that passeth out and him that returneth [the Rocky Mountains, the Smoky Mountains, the Cascades, and all other mountain ranges have many cities, towns, and hamlets in them]. And I will fill his mountains with his slain men: in thy hills, and in thy valleys, and in all thy rivers, shall they fall that are slain with the sword” (Ezekiel 35:5-8). This matches the New Testament prophecies in Revelation. JESUS never changes.8

“I will make you perpetual desolations, and your cities shall not return: and you shall know that I am the LORD [the WORD]. Because you have said, These two nations and these two countries shall be mine, and we will possess it; whereas the LORD was there: Therefore, as I live, saith the LORD GOD, I will even do according to your anger, and according to your envy which you have used out of your hatred against them; and I will make MYSELF known among them, when I have judged you. And you shall know that I am the LORD, and that I have heard all thy blasphemies which thou hast spoken against the mountains [the cities] of Israel, saying, They are laid desolate, they are given us to consume. Thus with your mouth ye have boasted against ME, and have multiplied your words against ME: I have heard them” (Ezekiel 35:9-13).

“Thus saith the LORD GOD; When the whole earth rejoiceth, I will make you desolate. As thou didst rejoice at the inheritance of the house of Israel, because it was desolate, so will I do unto you: you shall be desolate, O mount Seir [Edom, Esau, Hairy], and all Idumea, even all of it: and they shall know that I am the LORD [THE WORD, CHRIST JESUS]” (Ezekiel 35:14-15).

It is written that you must cease attacking Israel, because if you don’t, GOD will make you desolate. HE will destroy you, and soon. Get right with GOD by saying this prayer!

Prayer

My LORD and my GOD, have mercy upon my soul, a sinner. 1 I believe that JESUS CHRIST is the SON of the living GOD. 2 I believe that HE died on the cross and shed HIS precious blood for the forgiveness of all my former sins. 3 I believe that GOD raised JESUS from the dead by the power of the HOLY SPIRIT 4 and that HE sits on the right hand of GOD at this moment, hearing my confession of sin and this prayer. 5 I open up the door of my heart, and I invite YOU into my heart, LORD JESUS. 6 Wash all of my filthy sins away in the precious blood that YOU shed in my place on the cross at Calvary. 7 YOU will not turn me away, LORD JESUS; YOU will forgive my sins and save my soul. I know because YOUR WORD, the Bible, says so. 8 YOUR WORD says that YOU will turn no one away, and that includes me. 9 Therefore, I know that YOU have heard me, and I know that YOU have answered me, and I know that I am saved. 10 And I thank YOU, LORD JESUS, for saving my soul, and I will show my thankfulness by doing as YOU command and sin no more.11

You've just completed the first step in a series of five steps which are necessary to receive salvation. Your second step is to deny yourself and take up your cross daily and follow JESUS for the purpose of mortifying your flesh, that is, for putting to death your own will, your soulful self, and the world with all of its lusts. All these must be baptized into the death of CHRIST.

Step three is your resurrection from the satanic life of Adam unto the sinless life of CHRIST. Step four is your ascension into a position of authority to reign for God with Christ on earth, and the fifth step is to reign for GOD in CHRIST on earth to the end for the purpose of bringing about the kingdom of Heaven on earth. You must learn the WORD of GOD, submit yourselves one to another, and do what the WORD says so that the church and the world may see evidence of your submission to GOD’S WORD, HIS order, and HIS authority in and by you.

Praise the LORD. May GOD bless and reward you abundantly.

Yours in the wonderful name of JESUS,
Pastor Tony Alamo
