ISHMAEL WAS NOT THE CHILD OF PROMISE!

by Tony Alamo

Do you have sleeping ears that cannot hear what the SPIRIT, which is the WORD of GOD, says unto the churches (John 1:1, 14, 6:63, Ephesians 6:17, Revelation 19:13)?

The Muslims say that the WORD of GOD has been tampered with, altered, or changed. This is absolutely false! That would be the same as saying the HOLY SPIRIT or GOD has changed, which is the same as blasphemy of the HOLY SPIRIT! Blasphemy of the HOLY SPIRIT is the one unforgivable sin. It is not forgiven on earth or in Heaven. JESUS said, “Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the HOLY SPIRIT shall not be forgiven unto men. And whosoever speaketh a word against the SON of MAN, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the HOLY SPIRIT, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come” (Matthew 12:31-32). GOD NEVER CHANGES, AND HIS WORD NEVER CHANGES.1 “JESUS CHRIST the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever” (Hebrews 13:8). JESUS said, “Heaven and earth shall pass away, but MY WORDS shall not pass away” (Matthew 24:35, Mark 13:31, Luke 21:33). The only ones who have tampered with the Bible are Muslims and members of other false religions, as well as the One-World Government, their media, and the Catholic cult.

The Muslims want Ishmael to be Isaac so badly that they can taste it. They want this even to the point of going to Hell and the Lake of Fire. However, Ishmael is not Isaac. GOD never said, “Hagar shall have a child.” HE did say Sarah shall have a child,2 and finally, she did have Isaac.3 In Abraham and Sarah’s old age it was a miracle. “And GOD said unto Abraham, As for Sarai thy wife, thou shalt not call her name Sarai, but Sarah shall her name be. And I will bless her, and give thee a son also of her: yea, I will bless her, and she shall be a mother of nations; kings of people shall be of her. Then Abraham fell upon his face, and laughed, and said in his heart, Shall a child be born unto him that is an hundred years old? and shall Sarah, that is ninety years old, bear? And Abraham said unto GOD, O that Ishmael might live before THEE! And GOD said, Sarah thy wife shall bear thee a son indeed; and thou shalt call his name Isaac: and I will establish MY covenant with him for an everlasting covenant, and with his seed after him. And as for Ishmael, I have heard thee: Behold, I have blessed him, and will make him fruitful, and will multiply him exceedingly; twelve princes shall he beget, and I will make him a great nation. But MY covenant will I establish with Isaac, which Sarah shall bear unto thee at this set time in the next year” (Genesis 17:15-21).

Isaac is the child of GOD’S promise. Sarah the Jewess would have a child, and Hagar the Egyptian is not the Mother of Promise. Ishmael was jealous of Isaac, and mocked him. Sarah saw it, so she threw him and his mother out of the camp of Israel. “And [Isaac] the child grew, and was weaned: and Abraham made a great feast the same day that Isaac was weaned. And Sarah saw the son of Hagar the Egyptian, which she had born unto Abraham, mocking Isaac. Wherefore she said unto Abraham, Cast out this bondwoman and her son: for the son of this bondwoman shall not be heir with my son, even with Isaac” (Genesis 21:8-10). To this very day, the Jews will not accept you as a Jew unless your mother is Jewish!

GOD made the same promise not only to Abraham,4 but also to Isaac,5 and to Jacob.6 “And Jacob went out from Beersheba, and went toward Haran. And he lighted upon a certain place, and tarried there all night, because the sun was set; and he took of the stones of that place, and put them for his pillows, and lay down in that place to sleep. And he dreamed, and behold a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to Heaven: and behold the angels of GOD ascending and descending on it. And, behold, the LORD stood above it, and said, I am the LORD GOD of Abraham thy father, and the GOD of Isaac: the land whereon thou liest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed; And thy seed shall be as the dust of the earth, and thou shalt spread abroad to the west, and to the east, and to the north, and to the south: and in thee and in thy seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed [this is through JESUS our SAVIOR]. And, behold, I am with thee, and will keep thee in all places whither thou goest, and will bring thee again into this land; for I will not leave thee, until I have done that which I have spoken to thee of. And Jacob awaked out of his sleep, and he said, Surely the LORD is in this place; and I knew it not.” (Genesis 28:10-16).

Esau and Jacob were twin brothers born of Isaac and Rebecca (Isaac was forty years old and Rebekah was ten when they married7) (Genesis 25:20-26). GOD said, “Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I HATED” (Romans 9:13).8 Esau, when he was hungry, sold his birthright to Jacob for a mere bowl of pottage (Genesis 25:29-34, Hebrews 12:16). He despised his birthright, his family!

When Isaac was old and his eyes were dim, so that he could not see, he called Esau, his eldest son, born just seconds before Jacob, despite the fact that GOD loved Jacob and hated Esau. He told Esau that he was old and didn’t know the day of his death. He told him to kill a deer and to fix it for him the savory way he liked it so that he might eat it. Then he said he would bless Esau, so that his soul might bless him before he died. Esau went into the field to find and kill the venison. Rebekah loved her son Jacob and spoke to him, saying, Behold, I heard thy father speak unto Esau, thy brother, saying, Bring me venison, make it savory, that I might eat it and give you my blessing before the LORD before I die. She instructed Jacob to go into the flock and bring two good kids of the goats and she would fix them the way Isaac liked them, savory. And she told him that after she prepared it he should bring it to his father, that he may eat and bless him before his death. And Jacob said to his mother Rebekah, Behold my brother Esau is a hairy man, and I am a smooth man. Suppose my father shall feel me, and I shall seem to him a deceiver, and I shall bring a curse upon me and not a blessing. And his mother (who in reality is the deceiver) said unto him, Upon me be thy curse, my son: only obey my voice, and go fetch me them (Genesis 27:1-13).

So Rebekah put some items of Esau’s clothing upon Jacob, clothing which smelled of Esau and the field. And she put the skins of the kids of goats on his hands, and upon the smooth of his neck: He took the meat and the bread unto his father, and his father said, Who art thou, my son? And Jacob said unto his father, I am Esau, your first born; So Jacob told him that he did what he asked. Sit up and eat of my venison, that your soul may bless me. And Isaac (NOT Ishmael) said unto his son Jacob, how is it that you have found it so quickly, my son? And he said, Because the LORD thy GOD brought it to me. And Isaac (the son of Sarah) said unto Jacob, Come near, I pray thee that I may touch you, my son, whether thou be my very son Esau, or not. And Jacob (the full blood Jew, Abraham and Sarah’s son, and his father Isaac, all Israelites, Jews) went near unto Isaac; and he touched or felt him and said, The voice is Jacob’s voice, but the hands are the hands of Esau. And he discerned him not because his hands were hairy, as his brother Esau’s hands. So he blessed him. And he said, Are you my very son Esau? And he said, I am. And when Jacob came near to Isaac, Isaac could smell the clothing of Esau that Jacob was wearing. He said, See the smell of my son is the smell of a field that the LORD has blessed: Therefore GOD give thee the dew of Heaven, and the fatness of the earth and plenty of corn and wine: Let people serve thee, and nations bow down to thee, be lord over thy brethren, and let thy mother’s sons bow down to thee (now we see the same blessing which GOD gave Abraham, Isaac, and now Jacob: “I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee” [Genesis 12:3]) And as soon as Isaac blessed him, and he had gone, Esau came in and found out that Jacob had deceived his father into blessing him (Genesis 27:15-30).

Esau said in his heart, The days of mourning for my father are at hand; then will I slay my brother Jacob. These words were told to Rebekah, so she sent Jacob to Laban, her brother, telling him to stay there until his brother’s anger and fury turned away from him (Genesis 27:41-44).

And Rebekah said unto Isaac, I am weary of my life because of the daughters of Heth: if Jacob take a wife of the daughters of Heth, such as these that are of the daughters of the land, what good shall my life do me? (Genesis 27:46). GOD forbade Jews to marry gentiles!9

(THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.) And Isaac called Jacob, and blessed and charged him, and said unto him, Thou shalt not take a wife of the daughters of Canaan. Take thee a wife of thy mother’s brother, Laban (a Syrian). And give thee the blessing of Abraham, to thee, and to thy seed with thee that thou (and your seed, all Jews), may inherit the land (of Israel) wherein thou art a stranger, WHICH GOD GAVE UNTO ABRAHAM. And Isaac sent away Jacob. He went to Padanaram unto Laban, son of Bethuel THE SYRIAN, the brother of Rebekah, Jacob’s and Esau’s mother. When Esau saw that Isaac had blessed Jacob and sent him away to Padanaram, to take him a wife from there; and that as he blessed him he gave him a charge, saying, Thou shalt not take a wife of the daughters of Canaan (the granddaughters of HAGAR, the mother of Ishmael). And that Jacob obeyed his father and his mother, and was gone to Padanaram. And Esau, seeing that the daughters of Canaan pleased not his father Isaac; THEN WENT ESAU UNTO ISHMAEL, and took unto the wives which he had Mahalath, the daughter of Abraham’s son Ishmael (whose mother was HAGAR), the sister of Nabajoth, to be his wife (Genesis 28:1-9).

This is the true WORD of GOD. Receive the infallible WORD of GOD, which is CHRIST, and thou shalt be saved from the torments of Hell. Start out by saying this prayer:

Prayer

My LORD and my GOD, have mercy upon my soul, a sinner. 1 I believe that JESUS CHRIST is the SON of the living GOD. 2 I believe that HE died on the cross and shed HIS precious blood for the forgiveness of all my former sins. 3 I believe that GOD raised JESUS from the dead by the power of the HOLY SPIRIT 4 and that HE sits on the right hand of GOD at this moment, hearing my confession of sin and this prayer. 5 I open up the door of my heart, and I invite YOU into my heart, LORD JESUS. 6 Wash all of my filthy sins away in the precious blood that YOU shed in my place on the cross at Calvary. 7 YOU will not turn me away, LORD JESUS; YOU will forgive my sins and save my soul. I know because YOUR WORD, the Bible, says so. 8 YOUR WORD says that YOU will turn no one away, and that includes me. 9 Therefore, I know that YOU have heard me, and I know that YOU have answered me, and I know that I am saved. 10 And I thank YOU, LORD JESUS, for saving my soul, and I will show my thankfulness by doing as YOU command and sin no more.11

Now that you are saved, serve GOD with all of your heart, soul, mind, and strength (Mark 12:30).12 Be baptized, fully submerged in water, in the name of the FATHER, of the SON, and of the HOLY SPIRIT.13 Diligently study the King James Version Bible and do what it says till the day you die.14

If you want the world saved, as JESUS commands, then don’t rob GOD of HIS tithes and offerings. GOD said, “Will [you] rob GOD? Yet ye have robbed ME. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed THEE? In tithes and offerings. Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed ME, even this whole nation [and this whole world]. Bring ye all the tithes [a ‘tithe’ is 10% of your gross income] into the storehouse, that there may be meat [Spiritual food] in MINE house [souls saved], and prove ME now herewith, saith the LORD of HOSTS, if I will not open you the windows of Heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the LORD of HOSTS. And all nations shall call you blessed: for ye shall be a delightsome land, saith the LORD of HOSTS” (Malachi 3:8-12).
