Hmmm. That sets a bad precedent, leave your church or lose your children. Not knowing all the facts I'll not rush to judgment for either side, but we have seen several cases of government agencies, making unfounded accusations against non mainstream church members. We really don't know what goes on in this ministry other than what the courts and judges have put out there. Now they have issued some kind of gag order so evidently the courts have something to hide from the public. These kids may be worst off in foster care, some judge is going against the will of the people and allowing gays to foster.

The parents are not being charged because they have done nothing wrong. In fact there is absolutely no evidence of any abuse, except the abuse the DHS and this judge has done. They are not guilty of doing anything wrong, and have done nothing wrong, or against the law. This whole case is a scam of the judicial system and the DHS to destroy this church and at the same time get federal money for each child they kidnap. Its a scam built totally on slander and lies.
The schooling at that church for their children was so much better than this joke they call the public school system its not even comparable. Only a person totally uncaring for the children would make a judgment like this. Which, if fact, is the case here. This judicial ruling needs to be thrown in the trash instead of our constitution. The judge needs to be prosecuted but has probably declared himself immunity. "Justice for all", has long since been destroyed by this very type of trial judgment fiasco, (farce).
In the interviews with the young people, you know, the ones the judge ordered taken off the internet, (to much truth) all of them said people get married at this church at the age of eighteen. Obeying the laws of the land. What they do say is that the Bible (you know, the Word of God that most of you know nothing about) does not condemn marriage after puberty. Saying it is better to marry than to commit fornication, followed by murder (aborting the baby). Also, the word the judge uses (beating ) is a play word. Spankings are the right of a parent not for the state to decide. And it is scriptural also to spank a child when righteously necessary. This is a federal money making judgment, and more so, the Vatican controlled government is trying again to destroy this church by stealing the children from the ones who really love them and from the wonderful, good upbringing they were receiving as members of this church. The government has absolutely no right to do this to them. No evidence of abuse, no evidence of wrong doing, a scam based on lies with judicial backup. The government is into child money business and they all profit (the government) from stealing kids. The kids do not profit but suffer tremendously along with the parents.
That judge thinks he is above the Constitution. He knows the judicial side and the DHS who are all together on this will get a fat check from the federal government for kidnapping these kids. This is so un-American words cannot be found. The media all with the same exact story is totally controlled by the government who is to blame for this fiasco. All one sided with NO truth whatsoever being fed to ignorant lovers of lies. Home schooling is done all over and not all home schoolers test well on the standardize test that doesn't mean they are poorly educated.
It just means that the parents didn't spend half a semester preparing for the test; like they do in public schools.

The moment of truth was Tony's willingness to go on Fox, CNN, and other media outlets to tell his side of the story during the five days before his arrest in Arizona after the raid on sept 20, 2008 or so.

a former follower of Tony Alamo is also speaking out in support of the man he says helped turn his life around. Bill Henry says he had lost his little girl, was randomly traveling across the country and drinking heavily. He was given literature from the church and called the prayer line.

Henry told 5NEWS his mother commented that he seemed happy at the ministry and was encouraged by another brother to be a witness to his family which he left to do. He says it's hard to believe the charges against his former pastor and the allegations of abuse aimed at parents in the church. According to Henry, he never saw anything of the sort and believes that people simply don't understand the church.    

"I have been told that I was brainwashed while I was in there and all this stuff," Henry said.  "But you know I'm in my normal head and I saw a lot of good being done through the Alamo church."

Quite a few of the DHS workers are saying they can’t figure out why the children were taken. They can see that it’s all about Tony Alamo and money and it has nothing to do with child abuse, because it is obvious that the children have never been abused in any way. There is no evidence of abuse because there is no abuse- only FALSE allegations. They never did a rape test on the first six girls that were taken to see if they were sexually abused because they know their findings would result in an answer they would refuse to believe or disclose, but on the other hand, would confirm the truth that there is NO abuse at the ministries.

This girl was kidnapped from a playground by several agents dressed in combat gear, armed with laser sighted machine guns. She had a laser pointed at her chest. she was dragged into this interrogation the next morning in the same clothes she was playing in. She is as innocent as rain. This professional interrogator is highly trained in coercing testimony out of children to use against their parents. This was just the first in a string of coercive interrogations used against these six innocent girls kidnapped out of their loving, Christian homes and placed, against their will into this abusive environment. Seems to me the Federal Bureau of Inquisition doesn't have a case. No guns, which are legal and advisable to have, especially when you have an out-of-control papist government like ours, and no kiddy porn was found either. By the end of the raid, the government knew they didn't have any evidence to justify this atrocity, so they took the kids in order to coax false testimony from the parents against Tony Alamo to get their kids back. this girl seems well behaved, stands her ground. stands by her loving family and friends. and her God ! her parents seem to have it together. good for them.

I think that C.A.S and the government would love any excuse to come into a family's home, throw ideas around, and mess around where they would be best to just stay out of it. just for those who may be interested : no I dont attend this church in question , and no I have had no involvment with the c.a.s. or other, but do know others who have. if they were to spend more time and effort on the parents who sit drunk in there livingroom or are doing drugs while there children search there fridge and cubboards for a snack or dinner . to no avail . things may change . instead on pushing there way into family who at least teach the loving of god and family values. then there would be beter raised children and more caring family's out there . instead of what we all have now. to the family of this child "angela" good job on raising a teenager who is mature , caring , and stands by her family and her god! what ever you are doing. keep it up. your doing good!

It is interesting to note the difference in the terms she uses. Not that an average teenager is any type of inspiration. But she uses terms unique to her culture- which is clearly one of isolation. Her experiences seem narrow and confined. Even the way she holds herself stiffly- a tone she set for the interview. These are signatures of holding one's self in- feeling ill at ease and definitely not at liberty to express feeling. Her voice is also somewhat monotone- as if she is repeating what she has been told.

what a con job by this "social worker / child worker". Her phony laugh disgusted me. Is this how we INTERROGATE kids? It's a sad state of affairs when we try to fake "befriending" a teen to pry information out of them. This isn't a pre-teen, she's close to legal age. I don't know much about Alamo to form an opinion, but I do know I didn't like this 2 hour con job.

I am profoundly disturbed that such totalitarian power trips thrive here in "the land of the free and the home of the brave..." Just how free and brave are we when we allow our government employees to violently separate hundreds of family members in a massive attack upon the, at least, peaceful compound of an admittedly outre' religious separatist group. The real crux of the matter is that they, as with the other such cases I mentioned; were attacks mounted hysterically with no evidence of abuse beyond what OUR entire society is guilty of and more.

By the same thinking used by the Alamo persecutors; all of the children of all Americans and those residing in America should be separated from their parents and investigated for evidence of criminal activity AFTER THEIR ARRESTS.

In many other ways I suspect that their having turned their backs on our deeply failed society has been to the benefit of all involved. I expect that drug abuse, abortions, single parenting, crimes against others, property crimes, mental illnesses, and institutionalized ignorance are way below the average.

The whole matter feels like a scheme by some hysterical attention and power hungry employees who saw a queer opportunity to spit on and rage against a small undefended group of Christians. A hundred or so years ago there was an infamous massacre of Mormons by mobs stating that they were Christians and the Mormons were infidels because they married multiple wives.

We just can't allow mob rule and particularly when the mob consists of our employees acting out their own fantasies without any responsible oversight.
