The name of the Church is Tony Alamo Christian Ministries.
The duration of the Church is perpetual.
The mailing address of the Church is P. O. Box 2948, Hollywood, CA 90078.
The Church is not for profit.
We believe in the entire King James Version Holy Bible, both the Old and New Testament. We believe it is the Word of the living God. We believe the moral law has never changed, and that the Lord Jesus came not to destroy the law, or the prophets, but to fulfill (Matthew 5:17).

We believe in the virgin birth of the Lord Jesus Christ, as prophesied in the Old Testament. We believe He lived a perfect, sinless life, teaching all who would hear, and healing all who came to Him; that He died on the cross and shed His blood for the forgiveness of all of mankind’s sins, for those who receive the atonement of sins through His blood. We believe that He rose from the dead before hundreds of witnesses, ascended into the Heavens, and took His rightful place on the right hand of God, the Father.

We believe the blood Jesus shed on the cross is the only thing that can cleanse us of our sins, if we repent and ask for Him to cleanse us by His blood sacrifice. We believe you must be born again of the Holy Spirit of God to be saved, as the Lord Jesus stated: “Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God” (John 3:3-8).

After salvation, we believe in baptism by total submersion as a public confession of your conversion, symbolizing the death of the old sinful nature and arising in the new spiritual life in Christ.

We believe the gift of the Baptism of the Holy Spirit is available to empower every Christian, and the gifts of the Holy Spirit follow those who believe so that we can fulfil the words the Lord Jesus spoke, by doing the same works, and even more than He did while on earth (John 14:12).

We believe no sin shall enter Heaven and that we can be perfect by walking in the Spirit of God, seeking and doing the Lord’s will, and praying always.

We believe we are responsible for bringing the Word of God to all people of every nation by preaching the pure doctrine of the Lord Jesus Christ to the whole world, so they may know the Truth and be saved. We believe “Faith without works is dead” (James 2:20).
The purposes for which the Church is organized are:
1. a. To establish, conduct, and maintain an evangelistic church; to conduct religious services where all are welcome; to minister to and assist the sick and elderly; to care for the needy; to rescue the fallen; and to do those things needful for the promotion of Christian faith, virtue, and charity.
2. b. To provide schools for the study of the Holy Bible; to organize churches and missions subsidiary to the parent church; to educate, support, and appoint ministers, evangelists, missionaries, and workers in connection therewith and in pursuit thereof throughout the United States and the entire world.
3. To provide for the welfare of the poor and bring spiritual encouragement; to endeavor to prevent poverty; by means of Christian cooperation, to relieve the temporary distresses of the unfortunate; to carry on educational and other charitable and non-profit projects relating to welfare and benevolent work among the poor and needy; and to assist by gifts, grants, or otherwise, other churches and foundations in the carrying on of any projects relating to said religious programs.
4. To spread the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ throughout the world through distribution of published literature, and by all other means available, such as radio, the internet, and by one-on-one evangelism in every nation.
