I, Jay Porter, have been part of the Tony Alamo Christian Ministries for 31 years. I have been working in our printing facility for about 20 years where we print our literature. I have also worked at our restaurant, landscaping company, wood shop (Tennessee State Creations in Wood), Alamo Designs, roofing, and our own property maintenance.
Any work I have done has been done either for preaching the Gospel or for helping people in need of food, clothing lodging, etc., and for the support of the church members.
To say that everything that we do in the ministry is solely for Tony Alamo’s benefit is ludicrous and a gross mischaracterization of the church as a whole.
