Chosen for Salvation

JESUS came to give us a new heart. We can’t achieve that on our own. We must believe GOD, not man!1 The book of Ezekiel states, “And I will give them one heart, and I will put a new SPIRIT within you; and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them an heart of flesh: That they may walk in MY statutes, and keep MY ordinances, and do them: and they shall be MY people, and I will be their GOD” (Ezekiel 11:19-20).2

Once you have become born again of the SPIRIT of GOD, you have power over, and are set free from, every bondage of Satan.3 “If the SON therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed” (John 8:36). Then you can be joyful with inner peace, and commune with GOD continually.4 “Rejoice in the LORD alway: and again I say, Rejoice” (Philippians 4:4). The gift of the HOLY SPIRIT lifts us out of our sinfulness and loneliness and makes us joyful, filled with happiness, even throughout our trials and tribulations.

“Pray without ceasing” (1 Thessalonians 5:17). Don’t put prayer in a box. Pray at all times.5 Live one day at a time.6 The LORD taught us to pray, “Give us this day our daily bread” (Matthew 6:11).

To sin is to die. “The soul that sinneth, it shall die” (Ezekiel 18:4b, 20). Our souls die if we murder babies, which they call abortion. Murder is a horrible sin,7 especially when you are murdering an innocent, defenseless, unborn baby. Murdering a helpless infant is the worst kind of murder. I know that if I committed such an evil sin, I would go to Hell!

According to the WORD of GOD, sex before marriage is another horrible sin unto death.8 It also is a mortal sin, wherein the soul dies. This is one reason why many Muslims believe the promiscuous people of the U.S.A. are infidels. In Muslim countries, if someone steals, they cut their hand off. Adultery, murder, and homosexuality are dealt with much more severely.

Wherever the SPIRIT is, the Church, the body of CHRIST, is there. “For where two or three are gathered together in MY name, there am I in the midst of them” (Matthew 18:20). The HOLY SPIRIT is the sap in the vine of the Church. We are commanded to walk in the SPIRIT, go out to the whole world, and tell them about GOD.9 “HE [JESUS] said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature” (Mark 16:15). LORD, have mercy on us for not publishing and distributing the WORDS of GOD.

How will the people of the world know GOD unless a preacher is sent to them? “How then shall they call on HIM in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in HIM of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach, except they be sent? [We go out ourselves, or send preachers with our tithes, our donations.] as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!” (Romans 10:14-15).

GOD made us for greatness, but for this to happen, we have to get out of our comfort zone. A person who doesn’t progress spiritually loses ground. We must seek the LORD for direction, and “walk by faith, not by sight” (2 Corinthians 5:7). With the LORD, we cannot fail.10 GOD knows what will happen. HE chose us to receive salvation so we can begin doing HIS work.11 We were set aside from sin to obey JESUS CHRIST and be holy as HE is holy.12 HE will not be crucified again for us if we fall back into sin.13

The LORD said, “He that loveth father or mother more than ME is not worthy of ME: and he that loveth son or daughter more than ME is not worthy of ME. And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after ME, is not worthy of ME. He that findeth his life [goes his own way] shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for MY sake [by giving it to ME, to do MY will] shall find it” (Matthew 10:37-39). “For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?” (Matthew 16:26).

You will have to choose your path. Putting the decision off is making a choice. “Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit” (Matthew 12:33). We bring glory to GOD by bringing forth good fruit, which is bringing lost souls to the knowledge of CHRIST so they can be saved.14

GOD is saving 144,000 elect Jews, who will be responsible for saving hundreds of millions of Gentiles for the LORD (Revelation 7:3-8, Zechariah chapter 8). These Gentiles will not be saved if the Jews and all Christians are afraid to preach against sin, which includes taking drugs, drunkenness, pre-marital sex, homosexuality, adultery, pornography, and not humbly loving GOD with your whole heart, soul, mind, and strength (Mark 12:30). How evil is pornography!15 It murders the eternal soul!

The promise of GOD throughout the Old and New Testament is that HE will bless the obedient and punish the disobedient.16 The new covenant is sealed in the blood of JESUS.17 But some people haven’t kept this covenant. When you first came to JESUS, “Unto HIM that loved us, and washed us from our sins in HIS own blood,” you became a new creature who swore to be obedient (Revelation 1:5).

We all want to be in Heaven one day; we don’t want to go to Hell. But after a while, some people take their eyes off the LORD and fall back in love with sin.18 We must recognize that when we sin, we sin against a person, the KING of kings and LORD of lords. However, he that is truly joined to the LORD is one SPIRIT (1 Corinthians 6:17). HE promised to send us the power and authority of the HOLY SPIRIT to dwell with us and in us.19 “Whosoever is born of GOD doth not commit sin; for HIS seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of GOD” (1 John 3:9).

The LORD, in great mercy, warns us: “I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of MY mouth” (Revelation 3:15-16). Serve the LORD with zeal, with all your heart. HE gave HIS all for you. You are required to give your all to HIM.

Be of the same mind, serving the LORD together in unity (Philippians 2:2). “And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works” (Hebrews 10:24). Stop being selfish: “Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves” (Philippians 2:3). Stop murmuring and complaining: “Do all things without murmurings and disputings; That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of GOD, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world” (Philippians 2:14-15).

Has CHRIST meant anything to you? Does your fellowship with the HOLY SPIRIT mean anything to you? Sin is the violation of your relationship with JESUS, your relationship with the HOLY SPIRIT. Discipline yourself, and have the courage to rise to greatness. The LORD JESUS will take you where you want to go. The world is waiting for you to do this, to lead them to CHRIST! Start now by saying this prayer:

Prayer

My LORD and my GOD, have mercy upon my soul, a sinner. 1 I believe that JESUS CHRIST is the SON of the living GOD. 2 I believe that HE died on the cross and shed HIS precious blood for the forgiveness of all my former sins. 3 I believe that GOD raised JESUS from the dead by the power of the HOLY SPIRIT 4 and that HE sits on the right hand of GOD at this moment, hearing my confession of sin and this prayer. 5 I open up the door of my heart, and I invite YOU into my heart, LORD JESUS. 6 Wash all of my filthy sins away in the precious blood that YOU shed in my place on the cross at Calvary. 7 YOU will not turn me away, LORD JESUS; YOU will forgive my sins and save my soul. I know because YOUR WORD, the Bible, says so. 8 YOUR WORD says that YOU will turn no one away, and that includes me. 9 Therefore, I know that YOU have heard me, and I know that YOU have answered me, and I know that I am saved. 10 And I thank YOU, LORD JESUS, for saving my soul, and I will show my thankfulness by doing as YOU command and sin no more.11

After salvation, JESUS said to be baptized, fully submerged in water, in the name of the FATHER, and of the SON, and of the HOLY SPIRIT.12 Then study the King James Version Bible, and, for your benefit and the benefit of others, do what it says.13

CHRIST and GOD the FATHER now live in you through the HOLY SPIRIT. There is a way you can receive a fuller portion of the divine nature of GOD in you. The more the divine nature of GOD lives in you, the more you will be able to stand against the temptations that have so easily moved so many millions of Christians away from salvation. Pray for the baptism in the HOLY SPIRIT.14 For instructions on how to receive the baptism in the HOLY SPIRIT and to receive more of GOD’S holy nature, ask for our literature or call. For without holiness, no man shall see GOD (Hebrews 12:14).

If you want the world saved, as JESUS commands, then don’t rob GOD of HIS tithes and offerings. GOD said, “Will a man rob GOD? Yet ye have robbed ME. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed THEE? In tithes and offerings. Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed ME, even this whole nation [and this whole world]. Bring ye all the tithes [a ‘tithe’ is 10% of your gross income] into the storehouse, that there may be meat [Spiritual food] in MINE house [souls saved], and prove ME now herewith, saith the LORD of HOSTS, if I will not open you the windows of Heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the LORD of HOSTS. And all nations shall call you blessed: for ye shall be a delightsome land, saith the LORD of HOSTS” (Malachi 3:8-12).
