FEEBLE CHILDREN
OF THE DUST

by Tony Alamo

And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath [the wind, the Spirit] of life; and man became a living soul.” (Gen. 2:7)

Genesis 3:19 says God told Adam that because of his sin, “In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.”

And Abraham (the father of faith, God’s friend, the first Jew1) said to God, “Behold now, I have taken upon me to speak unto the Lord, which am but DUST and ashes.” (Gen. 18:27) First Kings 16:1-2 says, “Then the Word of the Lord came to Jehu the son of Hanani against Baasha, saying, Forasmuch as I exalted thee out of the dust, and made thee prince over My people Israel.” God takes dust, and exalts feeble dust over dust!

Our human bodies and the very foundation of our human bodies is dust.2 All buildings must have a foundation if they are to stand. The Scriptures say that when God built our bodies, they are of the dust, the same stuff of which our houses are made. “How much less in them that dwell in houses of clay, whose foundation is in the dust, which are crushed before the moth? They are destroyed from morning to evening: they perish for ever without any regarding it. Doth not their excellency which is in them go away [die]? they die, even without wisdom.” (Job 4:19-21)

The happiest moment of my life was when Jesus appeared to me. I could see how incredible it is where He is. Nothing is made from dust. Everything there is far beyond the words “beautiful” and “perfect.”3 Being in the presence of Jesus, actually seeing Him and picking up the feeling of His aura, His presence, is far beyond my ability to explain. I think it is because we feeble children of dust don’t really know happiness or joy. He was not at all angry at me. I could tell that He liked me, and I felt no condemning spirit, but there was a warning (without anger) that I really needed to study Him, His Word, much, much, much more than I was. I was, or thought I was, happy and content just to be saved and blessed by the wife God gave me, the big ministry He gave us, and the many secrets He gave me by way of the visions, dreams, and all the supernatural events happening to us and with us. My Lord and my God made us very famous and infamous, worldwide, at the same time, with a generous amount of persecution. But the vision of Jesus came with an eternal feeling, a tremendous feeling of belonging and permanency, a feeling billions of times better than my childhood in Montana where I ran free in the little town of Windham, investigating nature to the fullest. My God, my Lord, I love You for giving me such an exciting childhood, but even more for showing me how much more exciting and wonderful it will be in Heaven. I was only four, five, six, and seven in Windham, and it was a wonderland. I heard God call my name then, and when we moved to Helena, I felt the warmth of God’s smile on me at five or six in the morning when I was on my way in the snow and ice (which I loved) to pick up Helena’s Independent Record newspaper. I didn’t, at these times, know for sure it was the Lord, but the Lord showed me later that it was Him. But of all the happiness, all the joy, and all the experiences I’ve had, nothing matches the happiness God gave me when I saw Jesus in that vision when He appeared to me, even when He was warning me to study His Word as never before.

I knew we were all made from dust, but it never really sank in until that vision. Another feeling I got at this vision was the greatest disappointment of my life, which occurred when the Lord told me, “Not yet.” The vision came first into the room, which was pitch black, in a vapory stick about the size of a four foot long frosty, fluorescent light. It then, with a hissing sound, unfolded into an oval shaped mirror, and Jesus was in the mirror, sitting on a purple, velour-looking throne with gold trim. The vision went back to the vapory stick, then disappeared upward, out through the ceiling of the room.

Suddenly everything in the world looked dull because everything in the world is made out of dust. The house Susan and I were living in was made out of dust. The lumber came out of the dust. The concrete came out of the dust. The iron, the steel, the nails, the wire, the carpet, the drapes, the shingles, the food in our pantry, the food in the refrigerator, and everything else was made out of dust. Every person in the world who thinks they are superior is made of dust. However, nothing in Heaven is made of dust. There everything is spiritual.4

God blew the breath of life into us and made us living souls.5 We were created to live forever, but sin causes us to die. We all have inherited the Adamic sin.6 We need Jesus; we need to be united with Jesus so we can enter Heaven and so our body of dust can be changed into a glorified body to live in Heaven forevermore.7 This cannot happen if there is any sin on our souls.8 I know very well the heresy of those who teach that we can sin and still go to Heaven, but remember, we are dust and can easily be deceived by the followers of Satan.9 They are liars.10 Do as Jesus tells us, study the Word of God, and you will see I’m telling you the truth. I, like all other real preachers, will suffer great persecution for telling this to you. Job 10:9-12 says, “Remember, I beseech Thee, that Thou hast made me as the clay; and wilt Thou bring me into dust again? Hast Thou not poured me out as milk, and curdled me like cheese? Thou hast clothed me with skin and flesh, and hast fenced me with bones and sinews. Thou hast granted me life and favour, and Thy visitation hath preserved my spirit.”

The waters wear the stones: Thou washest away the things which grow out of the DUST of the earth; and Thou destroyest the hope of man [later Job said this was not true, with the exception of sinners]. Thou prevailest for ever against him, and he passeth.” (Job 14:19-20) “Yea, surely God will not do wickedly, neither will the Almighty pervert judgment. Who hath given Him a charge over the earth? or who hath disposed the whole world? If He set His heart upon man, if He gather unto Himself His Spirit and His breath; All flesh shall perish together, and man shall turn again unto DUST.” (Job 34:12-15) “My strength is dried up like a potsherd; and My tongue cleaveth to My jaws; and Thou hast brought Me into the DUST of death. For dogs have compassed Me: the assembly of the wicked have inclosed Me [this now is a prophecy of the wicked people who put Jesus to death]: they pierced My hands and My feet.” (Psa. 22:15-16) “Like as a father pitieth his children, so the Lord pitieth them that fear Him. For He knoweth our frame; He remembereth that we are dust.” (Psa. 103:13-14) “Thy shepherds slumber, O king of Assyria [This is what has happened with Christians]: thy nobles shall dwell in the DUST [they haven’t, on a daily basis, taught their children the Word of God, to fear God, and God has taken some of their children away. Toys are no commandment of God. They are scattered]: thy people is scattered upon the mountains, and no man gathereth them [No man makes them learn about God. Take their silly video games away and teach them the Word of God, teach them to fear Him and keep His commandments.11 They are all gone!]. There is no healing of thy bruise [because no one cares about being a teacher, an overseer]; thy wound is grievous: all that hear the bruit of thee [what a brutish beast you are] shall clap the hands over thee [when you are finished, destroyed]: for upon whom hath not thy wickedness passed continually?” (Nah. 3:18-19)

Your sons are gone and are suing the church. They don’t know what they are doing. The young women have left the church and are dead because they were not taught, after I taught you to, “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” (Prov. 22:6)

Are you cursed and don’t know why? Isaiah 40:10-11 says, “Behold, the Lord God will come with strong hand [O Dust], and His arm shall rule for Him [but they don’t listen]: behold, His [the Lord’s] reward is with Him, and His work before Him. He shall feed His flock like a shepherd [even a shepherd of animals feeds the animals]: He shall gather the lambs with His arm, and carry them in His bosom, and shall gently lead those that are with young.” People are responsible before Him at the Judgment Bar of God.12 If God allowed His own chosen people to suffer as they have, what do you think He will do to you for neglecting the church and paying less attention to the pastor than you do the lawyers who have cheated you? You will pay.13 The money that has been paid will not work. God will do the job if you repent;14 otherwise, everything will be lost.

Our children want to be actors, lawyers, doctors, etc., at this late hour, just before the Lord’s return. Just and holy spirits go to Heaven,15 and those who have disobeyed God and didn’t do what He commanded with all their hearts, souls, minds, and strength will go to Hell, then the Lake of Fire.16 However, everyone’s body, until judgment day, will “go unto one place; all are of the DUST, and all turn to dust again.” (Eccl. 3:20)

We are soon into the great tribulations. Ecclesiastes 12:7 says, “Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was.” “Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: FEAR GOD, and keep His commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.” (Eccl. 12:13-14) “For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks [the Gentiles] seek after wisdom [worldly wisdom]: But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks [the Gentiles] foolishness.” (I Cor. 1:22-23) Give yourself to God now through Christ, because you are feeble dust, and we shall all appear before Him on the Day of Judgment.17 Say this prayer:

Prayer

My Lord and my God, have mercy upon my soul, a sinner. 1 I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of the Living God. 2 I believe that He died on the cross and shed His precious blood for the forgiveness of all my sins. 3 I believe that God raised Jesus from the dead by the power of the Holy Spirit 4 and that He sits on the right hand of God at this moment, hearing my confession of sin and this prayer. 5 I open up the door of my heart and I invite You into my heart, Lord Jesus. 6 Wash all of my filthy sins away in the precious blood that You shed in my place on the cross at Calvary. 7 You will not turn me away, Lord Jesus, You will forgive my sins and save my soul. I know because Your Word, the Bible says so. 8 Your Word says that You will turn no one away, and that includes me. 9 Therefore, I know that You have heard me, and I know that You have answered me, and I know that I am saved. 10 And I thank You, Lord Jesus, for saving my soul, and I will show my thankfulness by doing as You command and sin no more. 11

You've just completed the first step in a series of five steps which are necessary to receive salvation. Your second step is to deny yourself and take up your cross daily and follow Jesus for the purpose of mortifying your flesh, that is, for putting to death your own will, your soulful self, and the world with all of its lusts. All these must be baptized into the death of Christ.

Step three is your resurrection from the satanic life of Adam unto the sinless life of Christ. Step four is your ascension into a position of authority to reign for God with Christ on earth, and the fifth step is to reign for God in Christ on earth to the end for the purpose of bringing about the kingdom of Heaven on earth. You must learn the Word of God, submit yourselves one to another, and do what the Word says so that the church and the world may see evidence of your submission to God’s Word, His order, and His authority in and by you. Praise the Lord. May God bless and reward you abundantly. Yours in the wonderful name of Jesus,

Praise the Lord. May God reward you abundantly.
Yours in the wonderful name of Jesus,

Pastor Tony Alamo
