THE FIGHTERS

by Tony Alamo

The Spirit of God in the prophet Joel stated, "Upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out My Spirit" (Joel 2:29).

Even though Paul and Peter both knew women were not permitted to teach, preach, or speak in the churches in their time,1 they also knew special women of God would be prophetesses (preachers) when the end of time would finally be at hand.2 The Spirit of God repeats the identical message He gave to the Old Testament prophet Joel through the Apostle Peter in the New Testament, Acts 2:18. "Upon My maidservants will I pour out My Spirit in those days; and they shall prophesy [preach the Gospel]."3 Theologians who refuse to honor these two vital warning signs regarding the end of time by not teaching these truths are not of God but of the devil4 and are deceivers, false prophets.5

When my late wife Susan was around five years old, she was dying from tuberculosis which she contracted from her father. He had contracted it while in the U.S. Army and had recently passed away from it. She lay in her sick room in a little house in Dyer, Arkansas, across the street from an old garage where Christians held Holy Spirit-filled church meetings each night. Her parents were not spiritual or godly, but this didn’t stop Susan from loving the encouraging, rousing Gospel words and music.

One of the Christian women from across the street came and helped her mother clean the house once or twice a week. Her mother paid the woman a small amount from the government check sent each month since her father had been in the armed services.

One day the Christian lady, while cleaning up Susan’s room, told her, "We’re praying for you, honey, so that Jesus will heal you and save your soul." This made Susan very happy.

One night the doctor stated in the hallway, "Geneva, your daughter cannot make it through the night." Susan could hear her mother in the hallway crying, "I can’t give her up. O God, I cannot give her up. Please God, don’t let her die." She could hear her grandmother and others in the house crying as well. She could also hear the doctor saying, "There’s nothing more that I can do for her."

That very night Susan saw her room become filled with angels and clouds. Through the clouds she saw a big nail pierced hand reach down and touch her little body. Susan stated she felt immediate strength, power, and healing enter her body.

She hadn’t eaten for days. Her uncle owned the only grocery store in town. The store had to be opened in the middle of the night because Susan wanted some potted meat and dill pickles, of all things. Her grandmother stated, "No, this would not be good for her to eat." Susan’s mother replied, "Let her have the pickles and potted meat. Let her eat something, she hasn’t eaten for days." So the store was opened and Susan got her wish.

All the Christians from the old garage across the street rejoiced exceedingly both because of this miracle and because the entire town of Dyer, as well as many people from surrounding towns, gave their hearts to the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour because of Susan’s supernatural healing. Some of these individuals are still alive. They remember these events very well, and can testify to the authenticity of these facts.

A few days later, one of her relatives, who had just gotten married, asked if Susan would like to spend some time on their little farm in the Ozark Mountains to regain her strength even more. They had fresh eggs and milk from their chickens and cows.

In her bedroom was a calendar on the wall. On this calendar was a picture of a little girl with long, blond hair wearing a long, white dress and clutching a cross chiseled out of rock and situated in the middle of a wide, rushing, turbulent river. The little girl’s arms clutched the cross. It looked as though the river was trying to sweep her away. In Susan’s young mind, the little girl in the picture on the calendar was her. That sweeping river, to her, was symbolic of the devil trying to pull her away from Christ and into the depraved world,6 away from God the Father, and the stone cross was the only place she could find salvation. Her only hope was to get saved through Christ, who gave His life for her on the old rugged cross,7 and then cling to Him until the day she entered Heaven.8

During the day Susan would go for walks in the forest and would pray there. Although she was only five, she somehow knew that the Adamic sin was on her soul, as it is on everyone’s soul,9 and that her conscience was convicted of it.

One day, while Susan prayed for Jesus to save her soul, she had a vision from God with her eyes wide open. She saw Christ descending from Heaven in a cloud. He was wearing a scarlet colored robe.10 She said that surrounding the Lord was a rainbow of many colors,11 colors not seen on this side of eternity. While Christ was descending from Heaven, He showed her that she would be preaching His Gospel to the world in the very last days, just before He returned to earth.

Jesus also showed her many different beasts figuratively representing different nations.12 She saw a big dragon, scripturally symbolic of the devil.13 The dragon swallowed all the beasts (the nations).14 They were in him, representing the one world government we see today. 15

A five year old girl would never know the book of Daniel, the book of Revelation, the book of Second Thessalonians, nor the meaning of these mysteries of God, which are now revealed and pretty much common knowledge to millions. But remember, Susan saw this vision when she was only five years old, in the year 1930. Thirty four years later, in 1964, I was saved16 and, through visions from God, joined to Susan as man and wife. Together we preached the gospel to the entire world. And since Susan’s death in 1982, I have not neglected the duty of Christ’s calling but have preached the gospel even more than was done before her death.

The people of the world cannot understand why my church and I, after being persecuted as Christ, His prophets, apostles, and disciples were,17 keep fighting, keep tenaciously persisting in delivering God’s message to them. We remain fighters because Christ, who is the Word of God and is God,18 has commanded every Christian, as He did every prophet, every apostle, and every disciple to "preach the gospel to every creature"19 of every nation in the world or else go to Hell.20 If this were not a commandment from God, and if I wouldn’t go to Hell for not preaching to everyone, then I wouldn’t give the world one second of my time.21

When sin entered the world through Eve, God withdrew His blessings of eternal preservation from it. 22 Because of sin, everything in the world decays and dies.23 This effect happens much more quickly if godly maintenance is not given.24 God has fashioned our soul and our salvation in such a manner that in order for Him to know who loves and fears Him, He allows His power in us to decay each day if we don’t constantly maintain it by seeking Him with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength. 25 God’s wisdom has fashioned everything that way, so He may weed the chaff out from those allowed to enter Heaven.26 Those who desire the eternity of preservation found only in Heaven will maintain their souls in this world as God’s Word has designed so they may enter His paradise, where nothing decays or dies forever.27 This is how I keep my soul invincible in the war.28 God has commanded these things for all Christians.29

Walking in holiness bites Satan and the world,30and when we exercise our grace (that is, our power in God), it offends the profane heart and stirs up the war that lies within it.31

In my literature entitled The Servant of the Lord, written in December 1995, I described visions that both Susan and I had seen, visions from God which joined Susan and myself together as man and wife.32 I’ve studied the Bible now for around thirty-two years and I have never read or heard of a more supernatural joining together of man and wife than Susan and myself.

The joining together of Adam and Eve was supernatural indeed,33 but not any more so than when God joined Susan and myself together. Eve and Adam caused everyone, including Christ, to have to die.34 Of course, Christ rose from the dead and is "alive forevermore."35 God used Susan and myself to lead the greatest revival of souls won for Christ in living memory, perhaps since the world began. This Gospel of Christ that we have preached and continue to preach, is the only Gospel that has the power to raise those who are spiritually dead or are physically dead to life.36

The news media will not report nor will the court system allow me to testify about the good and supernatural events occuring at our churches down through the years. That’s why I endeavor to report them. The government and the media are doing everything they can to stop me from reporting events such as the time a man was brought back to life after being killed on our church property on Sierra Highway in Canyon Country, California while working under a house trailer. I prayed to God for him to be brought back to life. God heard me and raised him from the dead: he was perfectly healthy from that very moment. There were many eyewitnesses to this supernatural miracle from God, proving that God’s power is the same today as in the past and as it will be in the future.37 This great miracle shows that He hears and answers the prayers of His children today, just as He did with His prophets in the days when the Bible was written.38

John 9:31 states, "Now we know that God heareth not sinners." God will not hear or answer adulterers, fornicators, those who commit incest, murderers, cult leaders, criminals, tax dodgers, liars, thieves, the covetous, users, abusers, brainwashers, mind controllers, slave labor camp operators, frauds, false prophets, hypocrites, scam artists, those who persecute Christians or anyone else, unjust judges, those who bear false witness against anyone else, Judas traitors, or any other kind of evil, immoral, unscrupulous persons. God would never have given the leadership of His entire end time work to Susan and myself if we had ever been or ever would be possessed with any of the aforementioned evils.39

Soon the last of all God’s prophecies shall come to pass.40 The mystery of iniquity41 and the mystery of God will soon be completely revealed to everyone.42 "Behold He [Christ] cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see Him, and they also which pierced Him."43

Prepare your soul to meet Him now.44 Be ready for this soon-to-come event so that you may escape His wrath which is His true and righteous judgment.45 Repent of all your sins now by saying this prayer:

Prayer

My LORD and my GOD, have mercy upon my soul, a sinner. 1 I believe that JESUS CHRIST is the SON of the living GOD. 2 I believe that HE died on the cross and shed HIS precious blood for the forgiveness of all my former sins. 3 I believe that GOD raised JESUS from the dead by the power of the HOLY SPIRIT 4 and that HE sits on the right hand of GOD at this moment, hearing my confession of sin and this prayer. 5 I open up the door of my heart, and I invite YOU into my heart, LORD JESUS. 6 Wash all of my filthy sins away in the precious blood that YOU shed in my place on the cross at Calvary. 7 YOU will not turn me away, LORD JESUS; YOU will forgive my sins and save my soul. I know because YOUR WORD, the Bible, says so. 8 YOUR WORD says that YOU will turn no one away, and that includes me. 9 Therefore, I know that YOU have heard me, and I know that YOU have answered me, and I know that I am saved. 10 And I thank YOU, LORD JESUS, for saving my soul, and I will show my thankfulness by doing as YOU command and sin no more.11

You've just completed the first step in a series of five steps which are necessary to receive salvation. Your second step is to deny yourself and take up the cross daily for the purpose of mortifying yourself, that is, for putting to death your own will, your soulful self, and the world with all of its lusts. All these must be baptized into the death of Christ.

Step three is your resurrection from the satanic life of Adam unto the sinless life of Christ. Step four is your ascension into a position of authority to reign for God on earth, and the fifth step is to reign for God on earth to the end for the purpose of bringing about the kingdom of Heaven on earth. You must learn the Word of God, then submit yourself and do what the Word says, so that the Church and the world may see evidence of your submission to God's Word, His order, and His authority in and by you.

Praise the Lord. May God reward you abundantly.
