Hope for the Hopeless

by Tony Alamo

The disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ asked, "Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?"1 The Lord’s disciples knew the checkered history of the Jews well. They knew that God, on numerous occasions, had turned His back on them because of their sins and delivered them into the hands of their enemies.2 They had fallen away from God’s path, and as always, destruction followed. Then they would cry unto God for deliverance, return to their fold, and abandon their sins, so God would again return the temporal kingdom to Israel.3

The book of Judges tells the same story over and over again. The Jew’s eyes were sometimes opened, and sometimes blind. God grew weary of this backsliding process.4 The Jews broke God’s covenant so many times that God finally broke His covenant with them.5 In the Old Testament God decided to structure a unique new covenant (New Testament),6 that would restore a permanent kingdom of Israel to the righteous only, those who would walk daily, continuously, and unwaveringly in His path once and for all. This would be a spiritual Israel. This spiritual kingdom is an eternal kingdom only for those who keep the covenant with God no matter how hard the trials and persecutions become.7 This newly restructured covenant gives God’s power with great hope to a condemned and hopeless world,8 not only to Jews, but to people from every nationality,9 because God gives the incredible power to keep His covenant10 only to those who accept every detail of it, and desire to keep every detail of it.11 But those who agree to accept it and keep God’s covenant must study it thoroughly in order to understand how to keep it.12

Will God restore the kingdom to Israel at this time? God, for around 2,000 years, has been secretly restoring the new spiritual kingdom of Israel to those who follow Him, fear Him, and keep His commandments, which is the whole duty of man.13 Each soul who makes this restructured covenant with God becomes a part of the restored Israel. This ingenious, strategic process of God has been proceeding gradually through the years, soul by soul, and will continue until finally the entire kingdom will be built and restored as the new spiritual Israel.14

Just as the Word of God gradually dropped down from Heaven to the prophets until the entire Bible was completed,15 so also is the spiritual kingdom of Heaven gradually restored unto Israel bit by bit by the preaching of faith. In other words, everyone must come to the realization that the actual "kingdom of Heaven" is at hand in and through those who preach the Word,16 and in all those who receive the Word.17 "The kingdom of God cometh not with observation [but mysteriously, through the preaching of the gospel by those who love righteousness and walk therein]."18

The power of God is mysteriously attained through faith in God.19 That is, through faith in His Word. Can’t you imagine the insane terror and wrath lying in Satan’s wicked, degenerate heart as he sees the kingdom of God, the spiritual Israel, constantly being increased, close to completion, and watches God speed up the process through His righteous saints in these last days?20 Satan is filled with frustration, agitation, and great wrath because he knows that his time is short.21 He also knows very well that we, the children of the new covenant and the spiritual Israel of God, have total spiritual power in God over him,22 his entire army of unclean spirits,23 sin, death, Hell, and the grave,24 giving us, who were once the hopeless children of darkness, great hope that we shall see Heaven soon, which we long for, and abide there forever.

1 John 5:18 states, "We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not." God mysteriously imparts His own power to all of His true disciples.25

He told the disciples, "It is not for you to know the times or the seasons" of when the kingdom shall be restored to Israel (The disciples didn’t know that Jesus meant that the total amount of time it would take to finally establish the kingdom of Heaven on the face of the earth, the moment when the last soul written in the book of Heaven finally accepts the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Savior.) "which knowledge the Father has put in His own power."26

Confirming this truth, Jesus stated in another place, "No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him."27 But the power of the kingdom of God is restored to everyone who, by faith in God’s Word (Christ), becomes a part of the spiritual kingdom of Israel. This was explained by Jesus who said, "Ye shall receive power after that the Holy Spirit is come upon you28 [the power of God to do His works and prevail over the trials, tribulations, commotions, and calamities which will occur in your lives during these last days of time]."

As Jesus said, "Be of good cheer; I have overcome (conquered) the world."29 "The kingdom of Heaven is at hand,"30 so repent and believe the truth, which is the gospel.31

God has been merciful and long-suffering, offering repentance and hope to the whole world that all might inherit eternal life.32 Those who have done His works wait for the days when an end is made of all evildoers. There is an end to the temporal power of the transgressor, and we who are the faithful must wait until sin has passed away. For their names (the names of the evil doers) shall be blotted out of the Book of Life, and out of the holy books.33 Their hopeless seed shall be destroyed forever, and their spirits slain.34 They shall cry and make lamentations in a place that is a chaotic wilderness, and in the fire shall they burn, for there is no earth there.35 Hell is a burning flame of fire, with the voices of weeping, crying, lamentation, and strong pain.36 This is the place where the spirits of sinners and blasphemers are cast, as well as the spirits of those who work wickedness and the spirits of those who pervert everything the Lord has spoken through the mouths of His prophets.37

These things shall come to pass.38 Some of them are written and inscribed above in Heaven, in order that the angels may read them and know which fates shall befall the sinners and which fates shall befall the spirits of the humble, those who in hope have afflicted their bodies and been recompensed by God, those who have been put to shame by wicked men, those who loved God instead of gold, silver, or any of the good things in the world, those who gave over their bodies to torture, those who, since they came into being, longed not after earthly food but regarded everything as a passing breath or a shadow and lived accordingly.39 The Lord tried them much, and their spirits were found pure.40 The righteous shall bless His name.41 All the blessings destined for them have been recorded in the books. The Lord has assigned them their recompense, because they have been found to love Heaven more than their life in the world.42 They were trodden under the feet of wicked men, were reviled by them, experienced abuse from them, and were put to shame. Yet they praised and blessed the God of Heaven.43 And now the God of Heaven will summon the spirits of the good, those who belong to the generation of light, and transform those who were born in darkness, those who were not recompensed with such honor as their faithfulness deserved. God will bring forth the shining lights of those who have loved and hoped in His holy name, and will seat each on the throne of His honor.44 They shall be exalted times without number,45 for righteous is the judgment of God.46 To the faithful He will give faithfulness in the habitation of upright paths. The faithful shall see those who are born in darkness, led into darkness, while the righteous who have the hope of Heaven shall be exalted. The hopeless sinners shall cry aloud in anguish when seeing them exalted. They indeed shall go where days and seasons are prescribed for them.

There are many wicked who testify boldly that they are sinners, and claim they’ve had out-of-body experiences. They have stated that they’ve seen Christ and His angels, felt peace with no condemnation, did not see Hell, and felt what they considered heavenly bliss.47 But the Lord, by His Spirit through the mouth of the Apostle Paul, stated that in the last days these deceived wicked ones would "be revealed [they], whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of His mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of His coming: Even him [those], whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God [personally] shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie."48 And the lying delusions that God promises to send them will be as follows. They won’t believe there is an eternal burning Hell with strong pain forever. They won’t believe that they are going there, but will believe they’re all right. And they won’t believe that Hell is forever. They shall, with their sincere, wicked hearts, believe the lie that they’re right and God, His Son, Christ Jesus, the Holy Spirit, and His prophets are wrong.

It never ceases to amaze me how people who are not saved and have never studied the Bible love to argue about the Bible, and are not ashamed to do so. It is more foolish for them to do this than for a baby to argue with a jet pilot about how to fly an aircraft. When it comes to the Bible, I’ve never met so many know it all know-nothings. The world is full of them. They seem to come out of the walls at every turn. They have never won a soul, but constantly attempt to destroy souls. It shouldn’t be left to anyone’s imagination as to what God will do with them, when Christ’s whole purpose for coming to this world was to save the lost souls.

Chances are you are on the border line of being deceived by today’s many false prophets, which means God is on the verge of sending you strong delusions and letting you believe those lies from those who are themselves deranged.49 The Lord stated that false prophets would be abundant, especially in the last of these very last days.50 Remember, most of the dark signs of the end of time which the Lord, His prophets, and His Apostles stated would occur before His second advent are with us now.51 The great tribulations are at hand. Unless you have already been thoroughly deluded, you cannot honestly deny that these are the last days.

The Word of God and the very universe itself shout, "The end of all things is at hand."52 Soon the last soul will be saved, the Roman empire’s unrighteous one world government and new world order will be ended53 and the seventh kingdom, the kingdom of God, will be thoroughly established to reign peacefully and in righteousness forever more.54 When the sparkling New Jerusalem descends to earth from Heaven,55 the saints and elect will reign, rejoicing, praising and thanking God forever 56 with all the inhabitants of Heaven including God our Savior and King. But at present our children have no hope, no future in this present world, and everything they try to do in this bewildering time has no good end. This truly is the time of Jacob’s trouble,57 where the soul is forced to persist in its search that it might enter the glorious golden dawn of kinship and a future with God in His paradise of Heaven.

On the other hand, we have the freedom of will, the freedom to choose. Two ways are set before man for his choice, the way of righteousness and the way of violence.58 It is in man’s power to attain righteousness through Christ.59 Man’s sin and his desire to continue sinning is his own device, his own choice.60 The bulk of the immoral world has received the false view that sin is something unavoidable. Everyone must make a choice, an eternal decision.61 If you are not aware of this test, you will soon face up to it. However, if you don’t make the decision now, you may be everlastingly too late.62

The world government, church and media hide or make light of God’s end time signs and wonders, which include them. Everyone is going to stand judgment before God, whether they want to or not.63 No one is above God’s law. All that is written of God, Satan, Heaven, Hell, our souls, and eternity is true.64

God says there is hope for the hopeless if they repent and serve God.65 The Bible states that Satan’s deception will be so powerful in the last of these last days that even the very elect may be deceived, if possible.66 This will occur if people don’t study the Word of God with all diligence and do everything in their power to do what His Word says, that they may attain God’s paradise of Heaven, power, and eternal life through Jesus the Messiah.67

If your will is that God’s kingdom come, His will be done on earth as it is in Heaven,68 and you wish to receive all of God’s promises, including eternal bliss in Heaven, escaping all the eternal torments which are in Hell, say this prayer right now:

Prayer

My Lord and my God, have mercy upon my soul, a sinner. 1 I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of the Living God. 2 I believe that He died on the cross and shed His precious blood for the forgiveness of all my sins. 3 I believe that God raised Jesus from the dead by the power of the Holy Spirit 4 and that He sits on the right hand of God at this moment, hearing my confession of sin and this prayer. 5 I open up the door of my heart and I invite You into my heart, Lord Jesus. 6 Wash all of my filthy sins away in the precious blood that You shed in my place on the cross at Calvary. 7 You will not turn me away, Lord Jesus, You will forgive my sins and save my soul. I know because Your Word, the Bible says so. 8 Your Word says that You will turn no one away, and that includes me. 9 Therefore, I know that You have heard me, and I know that You have answered me, and I know that I am saved. 10 And I thank You, Lord Jesus, for saving my soul, and I will show my thankfulness by doing as You command and sin no more. 11

You've just completed the first step in a series of five steps which are necessary to receive salvation. Your second step is to deny yourself and take up the cross daily for the purpose of mortifying yourself, that is, for putting to death your own will, your soulful self, and the world with all of its lusts. All these must be baptized into the death of Christ.

Step three is your resurrection from the satanic life of Adam unto the sinless life of Christ. Step four is your ascension into a position of authority to reign for God on earth, and the fifth step is to reign for God on earth to the end for the purpose of bringing about the kingdom of Heaven on earth. You must learn the Word of God, then submit yourself and do what the Word says, so that the Church and the world may see evidence of your submission to God's Word, His order, and His authority in and by you.

Praise the Lord. May God reward you abundantly.
