Judgment For Judges

by Tony Alamo

An Arkansas judge made a statement to the Southwest Times Record stating that 1996 was the worst year he had ever experienced. First his courtroom in Fort Smith, and his sister’s house in Van Buren blew down in a tornado. It also ripped his sister’s arm almost off of her body. Then he lost an uncle and an aunt. Finally, he contracted cancer in his vital organs. 1

First of all, I would like to say that I’m instructing my [Tony Alamo’s] church and the churches that I minister to on every continent to pray for the judge to hearken unto the Lord that he might first be saved, then healed.2

It is very true that there are people in secular government with temporal power. Whether they use this power in a just way (in accordance with God’s justice and judgment), so that they and their loved ones might be protected and healed, depends on whether or not they keep God’s Word.3 If even secular judges are merciful and just in accordance with the justice and judgment clearly outlined in God’s Word,4 God will "[bring them] forth also into a large place."5 If their prayers are godly, and if the prayers of those who pray for them are godly, God will hear them, answer them, and reward them with His salvation, His healing, and all of the other blessings they, along with the rest of the world, so desperately need today.6 It is good to heed the Word of God which states, "The Lord rewarded me according to my righteousness: according to the cleanness of my hands hath He recompensed me."7 If a secular judge or anyone else keeps the ways of the Lord and does not wickedly depart from their God, God will first heal them, then shower them and their families with the rest of His blessings as well.8 This is because "all His judgments" are before him.9 As God says, "For them that honour Me [him] I will honour."10

For these and for many other reasons it is good to meditate on the Word of God and govern one’s life in accordance with God’s judgments.11 No matter what our position is in life, the Word of the Lord will have Its way in our lives just as "the Lord hath His way in the whirlwind."12 If those who desire a good life blessed in every way by God, have kept themselves from iniquity, the Lord will hear their prayers and answer them according to their "righteousness, according to the cleanness of [their]...hands in His eyesight."13 It is written, "With the merciful Thou wilt show Thyself merciful, and with the upright man Thou wilt show Thyself upright. With the pure Thou wilt show Thyself pure; and with the froward Thou wilt show Thyself unsavoury."14

I’m sure all the judges in Arkansas and throughout the rest of the world know the meaning of the word "froward." Those who are froward in the sight of God are those who lead in any direction away from God.15 They are those who feel God is not pleasing to them. They should take account of their life and measure it according to God’s Word.16 Those who are ungovernable according to His Word need not look for a pleasant answer to their prayers. This means those who make their decisions without following God’s rules should not look for or expect better things for their lives and for the lives of those dear to their hearts. The Lord has blessings and curses, and they are given according to God’s Word.17 The scripture says, "With the froward" God will show Himself "unsavoury."18 That is, God will be disagreeable to all their petitions, their prayers.19

If I were a secular judge and there were problems in my life that I wanted solved, I would want God to answer my prayers. I would conduct my life in such a manner that God would agree to hear and answer me.20 Therefore, in order for God to find my prayers agreeable, I must make sure that God does not find me disagreeable to His salvation plan, to the way He has instructed us to conduct our lives, and to the way He instructs secular judges to rule on matters.21

If it had been me whose courtroom blew down in a tornado, whose sister’s house was blown down, whose sister’s arm was almost ripped off her body, whose uncle and aunt died, and who contracted cancer on top of it all, I would be searching my soul to see if God was angry with me. If He was angry at something I had done in opposition to His Word, for instance, not to "love thy neighbour as thyself,"22 or to not rule justly towards my neighbor, I would want to straighten out my life. Then I would hope that God would be agreeable to my prayers for healing, as well as for all the other blessings He promises to those who are upright before Him.23 If my body were diseased or if other calamities came my way, I would not want God to be unsavoury or disagreeable to my prayers.

The people of the earth are not ignorant of these things today, for wisdom is poured out like water.24 Because we can see all the end-time prophecies happening before our eyes,25 glory faileth not before Him for evermore.26 For God is mighty in all the secrets of righteousness,27 and unrighteousness shall disappear as a shadow28 and have no continuance.29 The Lord shall judge the secret things30 and none shall be able to utter a lying word before Him.31 The righteous shall be victorious in the name of the Lord our God.32 He will cause the others to witness this in order that they may repent, and forego the works of their hands.33 Only through His name shall they be saved.34 If they repent, the Lord of Spirits will have compassion on them.35 His compassion is great.36 He is righteous also in His judgments,37 and in the presence of His glory unrighteousness also shall not maintain itself.38 At His judgment the unrighteous shall perish before Him, and from henceforth He will have no mercy on them, saith the Lord of Hosts.39

The great Hebrew teacher Gamaliel, whom the Apostle Paul sat under during his years as a Pharisee40 stated, "But if it [the work of God] be of God, ye cannot overthrow it; [even if all the judges in the world have decided to overthrow Christian works, if they are truly God’s works, you and all these judges combined will not prevail] lest haply ye be found even to fight against God."41 God also states, all "the afflicted people Thou wilt save [if they have sown mercy, had a just weight and had a just balance, as the Lord stated to those who did not obey His laws of justice and judgment]: but Thine eyes are upon the haughty, that Thou mayest bring them down [their buildings, their bodies and their families]."42

We pray that the judges will take another look, a hard look, at their questionable judgments on cases that have come before them before it’s too late for them. This includes cases regarding the chosen vessels of God and their churches, those whom God has sent to witness to the United States and the rest of the world of His glorious mercy to those who repent, and of the things which pertain to His soon coming.43 For it is His will and the will of our churches that the judge in Fort Smith, and all the other judges, their families, all those in secular power, and the rest of the world repent and prepare their hearts to seek the face of God and to obey Him in all things that they might be blessed.44 Our God "is the tower of salvation for His king [David]: and showeth mercy to His anointed, unto David, and to his seed for evermore."45 "God is no respecter of persons" in His judgments.46 As David stated, God would show Himself upright with the pure: to the froward He would show Himself unsavoury, disagreeable, or unwilling to answer their prayers or our prayers for them.47

If, after comparing your life to the life which God instructs you and the world to live, you find that you have been partial in your judgments, why not repent of your iniquities so that you and yours may be blessed with salvation and healing? God says, "to the judges, Take heed what ye do: for ye judge not for man, but for the Lord, who is with you in the judgment. Wherefore now let the fear of the Lord be upon you; take heed and do it: for there is no iniquity with the Lord our God, nor respect of persons, nor taking of gifts."48 Secular judges have been bribed, bought and sold, but God cannot be bribed at judgment.49

Each time anyone rejects God’s Word, their heart becomes hardened to the point where it is impossible for God’s Spirit to enter.50 Confession and repentance softens the heart, enabling it to receive eternal life so that it might become righteous.51 God has preserved those who are righteous because they have hated and despised this world of unrighteousness and have hated all its works and ways.52 Only in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ are you saved,53 and according to His good pleasure has it been in regard to the life of the righteous. These days are downcast in countenance, so also shall the kings and all those who sit in the high places of the earth become. And the secular strong who possess the land because of the works of their hands will on the day of their anguish and affliction not be able to save themselves.54 The Lord promises that He will give them over to the hands of His elect for judgment in Heaven.55

Like straw in the fire, these sinners shall burn before the face of the Holy One of Israel.56 As lead in the water shall they sink before the face of the righteous, and no trace of them shall anymore be found. And on the day of their affliction there shall be rest on the earth.57 Before the elect they shall fall and never rise again.58 And there shall be no one to take them with his hands and raise them back up again. They have denied the Lord of Hosts and His anointed ones. They have denied the name of the Lord Jesus Christ who is blessed for ever and ever, Amen.

Accept God’s glorious and merciful eternal life, which God has provided for you, before it is too late, by saying this prayer to Him:

Prayer

My Lord and my God, have mercy upon my soul, a sinner. 1 I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of the Living God. 2 I believe that He died on the cross and shed His precious blood for the forgiveness of all my sins. 3 I believe that God raised Jesus from the dead by the power of the Holy Spirit 4 and that He sits on the right hand of God at this moment, hearing my confession of sin and this prayer. 5 I open up the door of my heart and I invite You into my heart, Lord Jesus. 6 Wash all of my filthy sins away in the precious blood that You shed in my place on the cross at Calvary. 7 You will not turn me away, Lord Jesus, You will forgive my sins and save my soul. I know because Your Word, the Bible says so. 8 Your Word says that You will turn no one away, and that includes me. 9 Therefore, I know that You have heard me, and I know that You have answered me, and I know that I am saved. 10 And I thank You, Lord Jesus, for saving my soul, and I will show my thankfulness by doing as You command and sin no more. 11

Now that you are saved and forgiven of your sins, raise your hands and praise the Lord. "Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice: and let men say among the nations, The Lord reigneth."59

Christ now lives in you through the Holy Spirit.60 There is a way you can receive a fuller portion of the divine nature of God in you. God the Father lives now in you also. The more of the divine nature of God that lives in you, the more you will be able to stand against the temptations that so easily have moved so many millions of Christians away from salvation. This is caused by more man in us than God in us. Mankind has become so wicked that if Satan and his impish army were abolished, we would be our own devil.

Now that you are saved, pray for the baptism in the Holy Spirit. Prayerfully study the Word and pray always for more of the divine nature.61 For instructions on how to receive the baptism in the Holy Spirit, and to receive more of God’s holy nature, ask for our literature or call. For without holiness no man shall see God.62

Now that you are saved it is a commandment to be fully submerged, baptized in water in the name of the Father and in the name of the Son and in the name of the Holy Spirit.63 Follow all of God’s commands and live.64

You've just completed the first step in a series of five steps which are necessary to receive salvation. Your second step is to deny yourself and take up the cross daily for the purpose of mortifying yourself, that is, for putting to death your own will, your soulful self, and the world with all of its lusts. All these must be baptized into the death of Christ.

Step three is your resurrection from the satanic life of Adam unto the sinless life of Christ. Step four is your ascension into a position of authority to reign for God on earth, and the fifth step is to reign for God on earth to the end for the purpose of bringing about the kingdom of Heaven on earth. You must learn the Word of God, then submit yourself and do what the Word says, so that the Church and the world may see evidence of your submission to God's Word, His order, and His authority in and by you.

Praise the Lord. May God reward you abundantly.
