I'M POISON, DON'T GET NEAR ME!

Jesus, in so many words, told a man, “If you hang around Me and follow Me, you will be hated, persecuted, rejected, and denied, as even My own disciple Peter denied Me three times in one day.” He did not want to get near Jesus. He figured it would be bad for business, bad for his health, and ruin his reputation. There was no way of knowing what these monsters might do to him. Jesus told him of these things before they happened, and at the time, he said that he would never deny Jesus. However, when the acid test came, he the same as said, “Jesus, you’re poison. Don’t get near me, and I don’t want to get near You.”

Jesus said, “If the world hate you, ye know that it hated Me before it hated you. If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but [Tony] because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you. Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted Me, they will also persecute you [If I’m poison to the devils, the lost, those who reject Me, you will be poison to the devils, who reject My salvation.]; if they have kept My saying, they will keep yours also [Watch out, all of you who will spend eternity in Hell and the Lake of Fire.]” (John 15:18-20).

“But all these things will they do unto you for MY name’s sake, because they know not Him that sent Me. If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had sin: but now they have no cloak for their sin. He that hateth ME hateth MY FATHER also. [If I’m poison to you, MY FATHER is poison to you also.] If I had not done among them the works which none other man did, they had not had sin: but now have they both seen and hated both Me and My Father. But this cometh to pass, that the word might be fulfilled that is written in their law, They hated Me without a cause. But when the Comforter is come, the fulness of the Spirit [the Baptism of the Holy Spirit], whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the full Spirit of truth, which proceeded from the Father, He shall testify of Me: And ye also shall bear witness, because ye have been with Me from the beginning” (John 15:21-27).

“These things have I spoken unto you, that ye should not be offended. They shall put you out of the synagogues [churches]: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service. And these things will they do unto you, because they have not known the Father, nor Me [the Word of God, the Bible]. But these things have I told you, that when the time shall come, ye may remember that I told you of them. And these things I said not unto you at the beginning, because I was with you” (John 16:1-4).

Two people who are greatly hated for believing and preaching the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ (the Bible) are the two witnesses of God, who are hated so much that the one world government (the beast, given its power from Satan) murders them (Rev. 11:7). Their dead bodies will lie in the street three and one half days because the government, the one world government and everybody will not allow their dead bodies to be buried (Rev. 11:9).

Revelation 11:10-12 says, “And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another [this shows how demon-possessed people get]; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth. [These people hated the gospel that these two prophets taught and preached.] It is the gospel that torments them! The Word of God!

“And after three days and an half the SPIRIT OF LIFE FROM GOD entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them. And they heard a great voice from Heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to Heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them.”

Jesus said, They hated Me, and they will hate you, Tony Alamo, and the brethren of your church. The Lord and His people are poison to this present secular, evil world, and God hates people like that, so much so that He will burn the entire world up with fire and send those who rejoice at the death and suffering of true Christians into the Lake of Fire!

Concerning the last days, Peter said by the fulness of the Holy Spirit in Second Peter 3:10-14, “But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat? Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness. Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of Him in peace, without spot, and blameless [without sin].”

Start out your life of holiness now by saying this prayer to God:

Prayer

My Lord and my God, have mercy upon my soul, a sinner. 1 I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of the Living God. 2 I believe that He died on the cross and shed His precious blood for the forgiveness of all my sins. 3 I believe that God raised Jesus from the dead by the power of the Holy Spirit 4 and that He sits on the right hand of God at this moment, hearing my confession of sin and this prayer. 5 I open up the door of my heart and I invite You into my heart, Lord Jesus. 6 Wash all of my filthy sins away in the precious blood that You shed in my place on the cross at Calvary. 7 You will not turn me away, Lord Jesus, You will forgive my sins and save my soul. I know because Your Word, the Bible says so. 8 Your Word says that You will turn no one away, and that includes me. 9 Therefore, I know that You have heard me, and I know that You have answered me, and I know that I am saved. 10 And I thank You, Lord Jesus, for saving my soul, and I will show my thankfulness by doing as You command and sin no more. 11

You've just completed the first step in a series of five steps which are necessary to receive salvation. Your second step is to deny yourself and take up the cross daily for the purpose of mortifying your flesh, that is, for putting to death your own will, your soulful self, and the world with all of its lusts. All these must be baptized into the watery death of Christ.

Step three is your resurrection from the satanic life of Adam unto the sinless life of Christ. Step four is your ascension into a position of authority to reign for God with Christ on earth, and the fifth step is to reign for God in Christ on earth to the end for the purpose of bringing about the kingdom of Heaven on earth. You must learn the Word of God, then submit yourselves one to another and do what the Word says, so that the church and the world may see evidence of your submission to God's Word, His order, and His authority in and by you.
