THE MOST LOW-LIFE MEN

by Tony Alamo

In the book of Daniel, King Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon, had dreams that troubled him greatly during the second year of his reign. He consulted the Chaldeans, as well as his magicians, sorcerers, and astrologers, but since he could no longer remember his dream, none could give him a satisfactory answer. Nebuchadnezzar ordered these men slain, and Daniel asked Arioch, the captain of the king’s guard, about this. Daniel then went in to Nebuchadnezzar and said if he would give him time, he would give the king the interpretation of his dream. God sent Daniel a night vision giving him the interpretation of the dream, then Arioch brought Daniel before Nebuchadnezzar, saying he had found a man who could interpret his dream.

A king symbolized in one of Nebuchadnezzar’s visions from GOD, for which Daniel was given the interpretation, was Nebuchadnezzar himself, shown as the first on a totem pole of four kingdoms.1 He, the head of the first kingdom, was represented as the head, which was gold. Media-Persia, the chest, was silver. Greece was third, and was brass. The fourth kingdom is the Roman kingdom of iron, and its ten toes were half iron and half clay. This Roman kingdom is a one world kingdom, headquartered in Rome,2 but because it is a one world kingdom, its U.N. building is in New York. It runs the worldwide government, the world media, the U.N. forces, and pretty much everything else except the people of GOD. I will do a more extensive piece of literature on that vision of the king which Daniel revealed, through GOD, unto him.

The vision of the king of which I am now writing is where the king gives one of my very favorite testimonies in the BIBLE. I will begin with Chapter four in the great book of Daniel. “Nebuchadnezzar the king, unto all people, nations, and languages, that dwell in all the earth; Peace be multiplied unto you. I thought it good to show the signs and wonders that the HIGH GOD has wrought toward me. How great are HIS signs! and how mighty are HIS wonders! HIS Kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and HIS dominion is from generation to generation” (Daniel 4:1-3).

“I Nebuchadnezzar was at rest in mine house, and flourishing in my palace: I saw a dream which made me afraid, and the thoughts upon my bed and the visions of my head troubled me. Therefore I made a decree to bring in all the wise men of Babylon before me, that they might make known unto me the interpretation of the dream. Then came in the magicians, the astrologers, the Chaldeans, and the soothsayers: and I told the dream before them; but they did not make known unto me the interpretation thereof” (Daniel 4:4-7).

“But at the last Daniel came in before me, whose name was Belteshazzar, according to the name of my god, and in whom is the spirit of the holy gods: [Because Daniel never told him not to call his false gods holy, and because he named him by his false gods, Daniel, later in this book, repented of this sin!] And before him I told the dream, saying, O Belteshazzar, master of the magicians [Daniel also allowed him to call him master of the magicians, and again, ‘because I know that the spirit of the holy gods is in thee’], and no secret troubleth thee, tell me the visions of my dream that I have seen, and the interpretation thereof” (Daniel 4:8-9).

“Thus were the visions of my head upon my bed; I saw, and behold, a tree in the midst of the earth, and the height thereof was great. The tree grew, and was strong, and the height thereof reached unto Heaven, and the sight thereof to the end of all the earth: and the leaves thereof were fair, and the fruit thereof much, and in it was meat [food] for all: the beasts of the field had shadow under it, and the fowls of the heaven dwelt in the boughs thereof, and all flesh was fed of it. I saw in the visions of my head upon my bed, and, behold, a watcher [one of the seven SPIRITS of GOD] and an HOLY ONE [the pre-incarnate CHRIST] came down from HEAVEN: HE cried aloud, and said thus, Hew down the tree, and cut off his branches, shake off his leaves, and scatter his fruit: Let the beasts get away from under it, and the fowls from his branches: Nevertheless, leave the stump of his roots in the earth, even with a band of iron and brass, in the tender grass of the field; and let it be wet with the dew of heaven, and let his portion be with the beasts in the grass of the earth: Let his heart be changed from man’s, and let a beast’s heart be given unto him: and let seven times pass over him [seven years]. This matter is by the decree of the WATCHERS [the seven SPIRITS of GOD (Revelation 5:6)], and the demand by the WORD of the HOLY ONES [THE FATHER, THE SON (THE WORD), and THE HOLY SPIRIT, these THREE are THE ONE GOD]: to the intent that the living may know that the MOST HIGH ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever HE will, and sets up over it the basest of men [the most low-life men]. This dream I King Nebuchadnezzar have seen. Now thou, O Belteshazzar, declare the interpretation thereof, forasmuch as all the wise men of my kingdom are not able to make known unto me the interpretation: but you are able; for the spirit of the holy gods is in you” (Daniel 4:10-18).

“Then Daniel, whose name was Belteshazzar, was astonied for one hour, and his thoughts troubled him. The king spake, and said, Belteshazzar, let not the dream, or the interpretation thereof, trouble thee. Belteshazzar answered and said, My lord, the dream be to them that hate thee, and the interpretation thereof to thine enemies. The tree that you saw, which grew, and was strong, whose height reached unto the heaven, and the sight thereof to all the earth; whose leaves were fair, and the fruit thereof much, and in it was meat [food] for all; under which the beasts of the field dwelt, and upon whose branches the fowls of the heaven had their habitation: it is thou, O King, that are grown and become strong: for thy greatness is grown, and reacheth unto heaven, and thy dominion to the end of the earth. And whereas the king saw a WATCHER [one of GOD’S seven SPIRITS (Revelation 5:6)3] and an HOLY ONE [JESUS (THE WORD), the second member of the GODHEAD] coming down from HEAVEN, and saying, hew the tree down, and destroy it; yet leave the stump of the roots thereof in the earth, even with a band of iron and brass, in the tender grass of the field; and let it be wet with the dew of heaven, and let his portion be with the beasts of the field, till seven times pass over him [seven years]; This is the interpretation, O King, and this is the decree of the MOST HIGH, which is come upon my lord the king: that they [the WATCHERS , Heaven’s angels, and GOD the WORD, THE SON] shall drive you from men, and thy dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field, and they [the WATCHERS, the LIVING CHRIST, and HIS angels] shall make you to eat grass as oxen, and they [the WATCHERS under GOD] shall wet you with the dew of heaven, and seven times [seven years] shall pass over you, till you know that the MOST HIGH RULES IN THE KINGDOM OF MEN, and gives it to whomsoever HE will. And whereas they [the SEVEN SPIRITS OF GOD, which also is GOD] commanded to leave the stump of the tree roots; thy kingdom shall be sure unto thee, after you shall have known that THE HEAVENS DO RULE. Wherefore, O King, let my counsel [GOD’S COUNSEL] be acceptable unto thee, and break off thy sins by righteousness, and thine iniquities by showing mercy to the poor; it may be a lengthening to your tranquillity. All this came upon the King Nebuchadnezzar” (Daniel 4:19-28).

“At the end of twelve months he walked in the palace of the kingdom of Babylon. The king spake, and said, Is not this great Babylon, that I have built for the house of the kingdom by the might of my power, and for the honor of my majesty? While the word was in the king’s mouth, there fell a voice from Heaven, saying, O King Nebuchadnezzar, to thee it is spoken; The kingdom is departed from thee. And they [THE DEITY] shall drive you from men, and thy dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field: they [the GODHEAD] shall make you to eat grass as oxen, and seven times shall pass over thee, until thou know that the MOST HIGH ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever HE will. The same hour was the thing fulfilled upon Nebuchadnezzar: and he was driven from men, and did eat grass as oxen, and his body was wet with the dew of heaven, till his hairs were grown like eagles’ feathers, and his nails like birds’ claws” (Daniel 4:29-33).

“And at the end of the days I Nebuchadnezzar lifted up my eyes to HEAVEN, and mine understanding returned unto me, and I blessed the MOST HIGH, and I praised and honored HIM that liveth for ever, WHOSE dominion is an everlasting dominion, and HIS kingdom is from generation to generation: And all the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing: and HE doeth according to HIS will in the army of HEAVEN, and among the inhabitants of the earth: and none can stay HIS hand, or say unto HIM, What doest THOU? At the same time my reason returned unto me; and for the glory of my kingdom, my honor and brightness returned unto me; and my counsellors and my lords sought unto me; and I was established in my kingdom, and excellent majesty was added unto me. Now I Nebuchadnezzar praise and extol and honour the KING OF HEAVEN, all whose works are truth and HIS ways judgment: and those that walk in pride HE is able to abase” (Daniel 4:34-37).

Before GOD ruins you, repent! And live the GOSPEL. Start out by saying this prayer:

Prayer

My LORD and my GOD, have mercy upon my soul, a sinner. 1 I believe that JESUS CHRIST is the SON of the living GOD. 2 I believe that HE died on the cross and shed HIS precious blood for the forgiveness of all my former sins. 3 I believe that GOD raised JESUS from the dead by the power of the HOLY SPIRIT 4 and that HE sits on the right hand of GOD at this moment, hearing my confession of sin and this prayer. 5 I open up the door of my heart, and I invite YOU into my heart, LORD JESUS. 6 Wash all of my filthy sins away in the precious blood that YOU shed in my place on the cross at Calvary. 7 YOU will not turn me away, LORD JESUS; YOU will forgive my sins and save my soul. I know because YOUR WORD, the Bible, says so. 8 YOUR WORD says that YOU will turn no one away, and that includes me. 9 Therefore, I know that YOU have heard me, and I know that YOU have answered me, and I know that I am saved. 10 And I thank YOU, LORD JESUS, for saving my soul, and I will show my thankfulness by doing as YOU command and sin no more.11
