As a thankful volunteer with the Alamo Church, let me explain my calling and responsibilities through the years. I was supernaturally called to this ministry by the Lord in April of 1973. I left for a while in 1987, returning in 2001 when I realized that nothing is more important than serving Him and winning souls. The Lord has blessed me greatly.

I studied music since I was 15 years old, graduated from the Naval School of Music, then studied music at City and Mesa Colleges in San Diego. I am a professional arranger and musician for the church, and I also have for the past 10 years translated French letters we receive constantly. Whenever the opportunity comes I witness to people and distribute gospel literature. I have also worked as a volunteer in our kitchen for about 2½ years preparing food, cooking, washing pots and pans, doing whatever was necessary. I've done many different things, including farm work in Bakersfield, California, for a few years; warehouse work for about 1 year; and worked in a steel mill in Fort Smith for a year, all done willingly for the winning of souls, and to continue the effectual work of the ministry.

The joy and fulfillment in doing these things for the ministry goes beyond anything I did before being called by the Lord Jesus Christ to serve Him. In return, the Lord has promised life eternal with Him, and here He has fulfilled all my needs for instruction in His Word, shelter, clothing, transportation, finance..., everything necessary, and above all a peace that is far above anything in the world. I have been taught the irrefutable scriptures to a depth and height I have never heard anywhere else, and I have attended other churches, mainly the Catholic Church, as a young man.

Our church is not a typical church where we gather on Sundays and Wednesdays only, but this is a 24 hour a day commitment to the Lord’s calling, to win souls and bring them to an understanding of His will through His Word. The finances we have are mainly for the printing and distribution of millions of gospel tracts urgently revealing the truth of the gospel, and the desperate and perilous times we are living in, so that the world can plainly see the preponderance of lies and corruption so prevalent in government, the media, and many churches that are responsible for the decline of nations. God's Word commands us to broadcast the truth, and that is what is boldly and powerfully written and spread worldwide in many languages, and is available on the internet. Our church desires to follow the Lord with all our heart, soul, mind and spirit, witnessing to every nation of His power, His cleansing Blood, to save them from everlasting damnation so they don’t cross the veil with sin on their soul.

At this time when Christian's homes they worked to pay for, and have taken care of for years, are in jeopardy of being stolen from them, then they are told to hit the streets because two adult men were deservedly spanked, such actions, among many today, proclaim an America we no longer recognize. This is as it was in Germany under Hitler. We take confidence in the Lord who says, "...Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord” (Romans 12:19). God's promise is sure and certain, yet "The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise" (Psalm 51:17).
